Feb 13,2023I booked two hotel rooms for two nights on the 6th January 2023, unfortunately I had to cancel the booking on the 11th January. this booking came with free cancelation up until the 5th March 2023[still valid]. I have not received a refund or any acknowledgement from this company. I have tried several times to make contact through their automated service but not refund or response. Booking ID:1285836

Feb 13,2023I booked a ticket from Dammam to Jeddah with booking 4116642 on Nov 29, 2022. They cancelled the ticket after getting the confirmation then asked me to pay extra money to continue with the ticket booking, when i said no they cancelled it and till date no refund saying will be done in a week but its been 3 months now. People should take them into consumer court to close this fraud copmany.

Feb 13,2023Puisque vous allez enlever mon avis car je ne vous ai pas envoyé dans les délais les références et document concernant mon « voyage ». Je le remets en ligne. Nous avons pris un hôtel via Rehlat cet été et l’hôtel était surbooké. Aucune resa à notre nom. En revanche nous avons payé 1630€ et nous sommes toujours dans l’attente d’un remboursement… Je ne compte plus les échanges de mails … ils ne traitent pas le dossier et nous avons payé 2 fois nos vacances car arrivé sur place nous avons du prendre un autre hôtel …. Et je ne parle pas de mes facture de téléphone depuis car les appeler me coûte une fortune ! Pire expérience….

Feb 12,2023TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. NO CUSTOMER CARE. LEFT ME WITH NO ROOM BOOKING. NO REFUND TO DATE. Have had an absolute nightmare with this company so far. Book a night at a hotel through the company. Recieved a confirmation email about the booking. When I got to the hotel they had no reference to the booking, my name or understanding how rehlat gave me the rates for my stay. I was left at the hotel reception for 5 hours with the relat team assuring they are dealing with the issue. At the end I had no room reservation. So i asked for a refund on my booking. Which has still not been recieved to date. The customer service team have the same answer every time i call and do not know how to assist with issues it seems. The company apparently has no management emails or contacts to help with issues. They have no finance department management that is contactable. And as per tbe customer service team there is only one email for the whole company. Worst experience so far with extreme waste of time. Very quick to take your money from your hands.

Feb 11,2023Updates : Still there is no reply from Rehlat. I am frustrated to call them again and again, they dont care. They are fruads. That's it I have made a booking through rehlat and my BID *******, till night i didnt receive confirmation and next day they said fare has been increased so please pay extra amount to get booking, i told them to cancel my booking and refund my money. They said okay after 4 weeks you will get but today its 4th Month and i am trying to do the followup but there is no update yet. Every time customer service said okay we will raise an issue to finance. I am fed up now to follow up. That's why never book through them. Almosafer is far best and providing greater service for online travel.

Feb 09,2023Llevo esperando 3 meses mi reembolso de $1156,70 dólares de la cancelación de la reserve número 26142 prometieron realizar el rembolso en 20 días laborables desde el 6 de noviembre del 2022 he enviado correos y tengo 3 tickets abiertos y no hay respuesta, el supuesto chat lo único que hacen es decirme que pasaran el caso a contabilidad y que tenga paciencia, esto esta ocasionando gastos e intereses , estoy desesperada es mucho dinero.

Feb 08,2023Al realizar una reserva desde Skyscanner al enviarnos a Rehlat modifico las fechas. Al recibir confirmación de la reserva con las fechas cambiadas nos pusimos en contacto con ellos y no prestaron ninguna ayuda. Se basan en que la reserva no es modificable aunque haya sido un error de la pasarela, aunque sigan teniendo disponibilidad en esas fechas y al mismo precio y aunque el hotel este dispuesto al cambio previa autorización por Rehlat. Solo me falta consultar la legalidad de esto en nuestro país. When we made a reservation from Skyscanner when they sent us to Rehlat they changed the dates. When we received confirmation of the reservation with the changed dates we contacted them and they did not provide any help. They base this on the fact that the reservation is not modifiable even if it was an error of the gateway, even if they still have availability on those dates and at the same price and even if the hotel is willing to change the dates with prior authorization by Rehlat. I just need to check the legality of this in our country.

Feb 07,2023These people are scammers. I agreed to pay them £877.06 for a hotel room in Seattle. They sent me a message to say they had taken my money but had not placed the booking. I asked for my money back - no response. My bank then told me they had taken £917.57 from my card. On 07/02/23 Rehalt contacted Trustpilot to ask for further details. These are set out below: I made a payment to this company on the evening of 6 February, trying to book a room at the Staypineapple University Inn, in Seattle. I was on the Staypineapple University Inn website which offered various prices for the same room from different agencies, so I clicked on the cheapest price, which was offered by Rehalt. Rehalt was asking £877.06 for 7 nights. I entered my debit card details only to receive an email from Rehalt saying they had received my £877.06 but they had been unable to place my booking. I asked for my money back but got no response. I called my bank and discovered that a company called Nomad Ticket.com (which appears to be a trading name or affiliate of Rehalt) had just charged £917.57 to my card. I never authorised that payment. Having lodged several complaints, I received an email from Rehalt on 07/02/23 telling me that they would process a refund in the next 10-12 business days and to contact them again if I had not received it in a months’ time. As they had taken the money from my account without authority (I never agreed to pay £917.57) I contacted them to say that this was not good enough and that I required an immediate refund. The response was that my refund was being processed. After further correspondence, they said they had referred my message to their “concerns” department. It is also noteworthy that they emailed me to say they had taken £877.06 from my account without making any booking, when they had, in fact, taken £917.57. They have no lawful excuse for holding on to my money. This behaviour is dishonest.

Feb 05,2023Absolute scam! This webpage is nothing but false advertisement. They claim they are a third party that work with hotels. False. They’re scammers that will take your money and not take an liability for mistakes they’ve made. They lied and claimed they had spoken to the hotel regarding my date change and they hadn’t. Leaving me stranded until one of my friends could offer me assistance. They took my money in a heartbeat then claimed they cannot offer any refunds regardless of the situation. Customer service is non existent. They pass you from Pilar to post. Do NOT use this webpage unless you want to simply give them money for no service in return. I will be contacting and reporting this transaction as what it is...FRAUDULENT!

If you do not receive the refund after 4 weeks, please reach out to us for further assistance. Hasta el día de hoy 2 de febrero no me han reembolsado nada. Feb 02,2023They haven't returned me back my money and the cancellation was free. I am totally disgusted by the service I have received. I have called more than 15 times, and they have not given me any solution. They always told me to wait 24 hours, and after 24 hours I had no explanation. I have asked to speak to a manager more than 5 times, and no one has called me back. It is embarrassing the treatment I have received.

Feb 14,2023I would give zero because Rehlat is a fraud, do not make any purchases or reservations on this site. On the 26th of December 2022 I made a reservation for a hotel for New Year's Eve, the amount was deducted from my account and immediately afterwards I received a message from the website in my email saying that the payment had been made but that there was a problem with the reservation, a problem that was not resolved and that in order to resolve it, they asked me for more money with a new amount, which I did not do and asked for a refund of the money I had already paid. They said it would take about 10 business days for the return to be completed. Until today, the 14th of February, and after many contacts, the return of the €283 has never been made, they are always making the excuse that there was a problem with the return and that they are going to contact the department that manages returns. So think carefully before making any purchase on this site. Rehlat reference number: RGL1244868
