Mar 21,2023Flight ticket booked on Nov22 2022 , the ticket refund of 675.04 SAR was recieved today 21Mar 2023, But Am still waiting for my compensation amount for the delay. Booking ID 4100736. Please pay the compensation amount asap.

Mar 21,2023Booking ID: 4067389. I wished i checked reviews before i booked a ticket with Rehlat. Even after they gave me confirmation of the ticket,(cost me SAR1205.10) They didn't issue the ticket and later asked to change date with additional amount. I asked for a refund, and they gonna charge me SAR200. Even though they made a mistake, i agreed. They promised to refund the balance SAR1000 after deducting their said charges within 50-60 long days. They were just lying. It's been 5 months already, and i was promised to get a refund. I made 1000 of calls n emails, Evertime i follow up on their customer service, and they answer will be - soon they will get back to me in 24 hours. Now, they don't even reply or respond to me. They took my money and wasted my time! Guys, be careful with this REHLAT.COM They are BIG SCAMMER. MUST REPORT TO AUTHORITY!!! ALERT N WARNING!!! YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!! FORWARD EVERYONE!!!

Mar 20,2023Truffatori senza dubbio. Effettuo una prenotazione per Corfu , devo anticipare 67 euro a fronte di 1500, provo a prenotare, il sito da errore prima di inserire i dati nella carta. Riprovo, questa volta metto i dati della carta ed il sito da errore di nuovo. Mi accorgo che i due tentativi di booking restano in status "Attempt booking" nonostante ci sia stato l'addebito di 67 euro. A quel punto apro una chat con l'assistenza facendo vedere sia l'addebito che il nomero di id del booking, e mi rispondono che è sbagliato e che non c'è alcun booking con quel numero (nonostante lo screenshot del loro sito!!!) Chiedo di annullare il tutto , e mi rispondono "prenotazione cancellata, ma i 67 euro non verranno ridati nostra policy". Sto contestando l'addebito a VISA , fatelo tutti cosi vanno in blacklist.

Mar 17,2023Ich habe bei rehlat.com ein Hotel (Amara Premier Palace, Antalya) gebucht, das Geld wurde auch gleich abgebucht. Auf meine Nachfrage im Hotel wurde mir diese Buchung/ Reservierung nicht bestätigt. Rehlat hat eine Reservierung nicht vorgenommen! Das Hotel hat noch nie mit Rehlat zusammen gearbeitet - kennt diesen Veranstalter auch nicht. Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage bei Rehlat per Telefon und auch per Mail, wurde ich getröstet, dass Sie eine Anfrage an das Hotel stellen werden. Mein Geld wurde mir von Rehlat nicht zurückerstattet. Nach einer Internetrecherche habe ich leider festgestellt, dass ich nicht die einzige mit diesem Problem bin. Bucht nicht über rehlat!

Mar 14,2023DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Worst experience I’ve had with a travel company. Our hotel we booked was uninhabitable I wouldn’t even keep an animal in there. Bed bugs crawling all over the beds, lights falling off the wall a foul smell, mould & damp, wallpaper falling off the walls. Prostitutes in and out other rooms all night the list goes on. It was like a horror movie. We were forced to sleep in the lobby till we could get public transport and leave first thing in the morning as they said there was nothing they could do. We spent 3 days travelling back & forth to the hotel trying to get a refund to pay for alternative accommodation. Eventually they agreed and have sent it back to this company and now they still refuse to refund us our money even though we have proof they have been forwarded the funds back to them. Even after many phone calls and emails still waiting!!! ! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

Mar 14,2023Ich habe bei Rehlat im Dezember 2022 und Januar 2023 zwei Hotels für insgesamt über 3.500,00 € gebucht und diese innerhalb 2 Wochen wieder storniert. Nach gut 5 Wochen E-Mail-Verkehr mit Vertröstungen und Ausreden habe ich bei Barclays einen Antrag auf Rückabwicklung der Zahlungen gestellt. Wegen des sehr hohen Arbeitsaufkommen wurde ich auf Nachfrage darüber informiert, dass die Bearbeitung bis 4 Wochen dauern kann. Heute fast exakt nach 4 Wochen habe ich von Barclays die Rückzahlungen bis auf den letzten Cent erhalten. Von Rehlat habe ich bis jetzt, also nach fast 10 Wochen, keine weiteren Nachrichten, und wie vermutet auch keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Ich kann nur dringendst von Buchungen mit diesem Unternehmen abraten, da bei Stornierung die Wahrscheinlichkeit einer Rückzahlung meiner Ansicht nach nicht sehr hoch ist.

Mar 14,2023Estoy esperando una devolución desde hace un mes, cuando tendría que haber tardado máximo 10 días. Esta es la reserva GL1466267 que me tienen que devolver, 207 euros. Al call center no dan soluciones y no responden a los mails. Habrá que denunciarlos a nivel internacional, es un fraude!!!! Me han enviado una respuesta que me han hecho una devolución el banco pero no me ha llegado nada!!!

Second when I asked for refund they keep saying wait for 20 working days I waited 20 working days, then they said wait more 5 working days and again I waited 5 working days more. And then they said you will get the feedback in 24 hrs and still no mail or feedback I got Do not trust these people's they are totally doing scam and fraud.

Mar 10,2023Rehlat one of the worst ever booking site. Its been 3months i am waiting for my refund money still i did not get same. When i call them same answer they are giving our finance team will contact you with 24hours but its been 3 months they did not answer my mails even last time i wrote my review after some days they send me form to fill i do that but still i am not getting any response from them. They are just playing with me. please never ever believe or trust them they just like to steel your money. And that ticket which i booked it was for my friend who lose his mother and he was not able to do last rights for her because this Rehlat.

"We have noticed that your recent hotel reservation at ******** was unsuccessful. We have received your payment of EUR **** towards the said transaction. This could have happened due to a temporary problem. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you"
