Jan 12,2023Mitte November 2022 Hotelbuchung in Wien, die storniert werden musste. Stornierungsmöglichkeit schwierig im Internet zu finden. Rückerstattungsbetrag von ca. € 350.- wurde bisher NICHT zurücküberwiesen. Mehrfache Nachfragen wurden vertröstet. Bis heute (9.3.2023) werden Mail-Anfragen monoton mit dem Hinweis beantwortet, die Finanzabteilung bearbeite den Vorgang vorrangig. Nach 4 Monaten, mehr als 10 Nachfragen und der Ansage von juristischen Schritten gab es tatsächlich eine Rücküberweisung des Betrages. Fazit: Ich möchte mit dieser Firma nichts mehr zu tun haben.

Jan 12,2023" BEWARE" "CAUTION" Big Cheats. When you google search your flights. Google displays to you the airlines fares. Then when you select a flight suddenly Rehlats Website appears with much cheaper fares. When we click link take you to confirmation and payment page. Like anyone who wishes to save a few bucks and assumes it to be a good deal, you decide to proceed and buy the ticket. Once you pay it will take it to (Image attached 1) a page saying booking "UNSUCESSFUL". But payments received and cards charged. You keep waiting and then you call them they say fare has changed. We will send you new fare. (Image attached 2- Email ) Now asking you pay much more than what was originally quoted by the other airlines on the google page. When you ask them to cancel. they say refund in 20days. Its a scam. Big Scam. Cheats. they take your money. force you to pay more since they believe you're stuck.... Apart from their UAE helpline, none of their phones are operational...... and the call center agent. absolute disgrace. When i started questioning him, he became rude. saying cancel the ticket.... Disgusting and pathetic service.

Jan 11,2023Booked a hotel with these for Prague, got a booking confirmation then they called me for an extra 45 USD. I paid it because I was travelling within a week and because they said 14-15 days for a refund. They have now emailed to say the hotel has cancelled due to a technical error, I tried to contact Rehlat many times, no response. Raised a ticket, it got closed!! Raised another, not responded. I contacted the Hotel directly who said no technical error, they simply couldn’t accommodate two roomseven though 2 rooms on the same booking. I am getting no response and my booking shows the original amount paid. Starting to think I’ve been scammed and will be reporting as such to my bank if this isn’t rectified this evening! My booking is showing as failed but no refund has been issued . Response please Rehlat

Jan 08,2023I had booked a flight ticket with rehlat BID 3756117 SA between PAT to DEL and DEL to DMM. Later on this ticket has been canceled due to cancellation of a connecting flight. The ticket was canceled by Rehlat but they have not refunded the ticket amount until now. The ticket has been cancelled on 25th April 2022. It's been more than 8 months but the refund of SAR 1,196.64 has not yet been processed by rehlat. I had called and emailed a number of times but there was no response from them. How can I get this refund. can someone help on this issue?

(more than one year ) . REHLET very poor service and ,during covid i booked ticket that one not giving a ticket for same destination or near destination , so not giving my full refunded AMOUNT . feeling big cheating company .your service is very shameful , how long time required for one single ticket refund process , how you can manage for all other tickets , are you big scammers ??? Jan 08,2023I booked a week's hotel booking to be tolt right away that the booking had failed. I canceled the booking and asked for a refund. £192. Over one month later and 4 emails still no money. Avoid, avoid, avoid.....

Jan 04,2023Une arnaque ! Troisième message ici, toujours pas remboursés... au bout de 5 mois ! On n'arrête pas de leur envoyer des mails ! En voyage en Islande cet été, nous avions réservé notre dernière nuit d'hôtel via Rehlat. Le jour J, au fin fond de l'Islande, nous recevons un message comme quoi la réservation est annulée. En contactant l'hôtel en question, on nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de trace de notre réservation. Impossible de retrouver un hôtel pour le soir même, tout était complet. Nous avons dû payer au prix fort. Rehlat n'a JAMAIS remboursé les 200 € de la nuit d'hôtel, malgré de nombreuses relances et de nombreuses promesses de leur part. C'est la dernière fois que je relance avant de porter plainte et de recourir à la justice.

Jan 03,2023I have not received the refund for my booking ID - 1st Booking ID -1850562 And 2nd Booking ID-1846722 First they deduct my amount then said there is fare hike need to pay fare hike but I told just refund my full amount don't want to pay fare hike. Then I received the email on 25th October that I will get the full refund within 60 business days, however 80 days have passed and no refund received!! Can you please refund my money!!

Dec 30,2022Worse ever travel agency i book a ticket, booking id 1823571ae. They cancel my flight last year july 2021 and until now how many call i made and email i did not get my refund. All the people i spoke on their helpline all are lies and promising they will response but nothing. They reason the financial department will response but now its getting more than a year and 2023 is coming and nothing. Wasting of time for this. Im getting my refund 1700 but they said they will deduct 300 and still for small amount they dont want to give refund.

Jan 13,2023Attention grosse arnaque!!!! Ne réservez pas!!! Réservation en juillet 2022 pour 1 semaine au Portugal et la annulation le jour J et depuis ils font les morts… soit 681€ après des centaines et centaines de mails…. Voleurs!!!
