Dec 27,2022Booking Pending confirmation - 2000741 I have booked on Rehlat and they want me to pay extra amount after deducting the offers fare on web to get the confirmation, to which I did cancelled the booking and unfortunately still awaiting for the refunds. Do not ever use this company if it's even a possibility they will not refund and press you to allow then credit your wallet, you will not get any help with refunds cancellations they will stall you out until they can say the time frame to fix it has passed never ever will use ever again. Please refund my money back, I never received any email from account which you guys are saying ok daily basis.

Dec 23,2022I cancelled my cancellation on hotel booking for more than one month, but until now I haven't received mu refund, you said it will be finished within 10-12 working days, but now it has been more than one month, and you always say you are processing, are you scammer?????? My rehlat ID is 1120250, my hotel booking ID is 1197251. Give me the refund as soon as possible. Don't always say you are processing!

Dec 23,2022I have not received the refund for my booking ID - 1st Booking ID -1151799 And 2nd Booking ID-1151853 Have received email the email on 30th November that I will get the full refund within 10- 15 business days, however 15days have passed and no refund received!! Can you please refund my money!!

Dec 22,2022Flight tickets refund for booking id 2005992 AE\ 29 Nov 2022 \\ Air India Hi I booked a flight with Rehlat wide booking id 2005992 AE\ 29 Nov 2022 \\ Air India from dubai to delhi and back. money got deducted from my account got a confirmation from rahlat that will receive my ticket soon. i reached to airport and found that rehlat never did any booking from air india and it was not there. i called rehlat customer case and they agreed that they couldnot reserve the seat and will refund my money i.e. AED 1836.27 with in 15 working days. i waited for 20 days and complained again and they confirmed i will get a response in 24 hours. no response again. again complained and more 48 hours. I feel its a scam and after reading reviews on internet i found 100s of customers with same issue but no refund.

Dec 14,2022They are a scam and I wouldn't give them even 1 star. I booked tickets for a flight and after I paid they sent me a message that the flight is sold out and they can not issue the tickets. Then they said they can offer me another flight but I have to pay an extra 1200aed. I opined the airline and they said Rehlat canceled the tickets but held the money. It was never paid to the airline. Now I want a refund and it will take 60 days!!!!!!!!!!

Dec 13,2022This company is a massive scam! I am a manager at one of the hotels where Rehalt sells rooms. This is not a company we are affiliated with, and no rates have been agreed upon. They will display exceptional rates on google to attract you and will proceed with payment as soon as you have made your reservation. Hotels do not accept bookings from this company, so you will have to book on-site and pay the hotels directly. Rehlat will not action the refund; the answers claiming that they will on the reviews are just automatic replies so that you will have paid double. Once to them and once to the hotel. If this happens to you, please report it to the Police and your bank provider.

Ankunft nach 1 Woche Alpenüberquerung in Riva del Garda: Hotel sei von Rehlat kurzfristig storniert trotz Zahlung! 4 Personen, kein Zimmer, Ärger! Keine Übernachtung… Trotz mehrfacher schriftlicher Aufforderung mit Fristsetzung, nur automatisch generierte nette Antworten. Keine Lösungen! Kein Geld von Rehlat zurück! Glück im Unglück: Zahlung per Lastschriften-Einzug: Konnte über die Hausbank mit Offenlegung des Vorgangs storniert werden binnen 4 Wochen-Frist. Das Unternehmen Rehlat hat Service-Nummern nur in Dubai, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, India und Egypt und hat sich trotz schriftlicher Korrenspondenz nie zurück gemeldet. Achtung! Professioneller Betrug! Zur Antwort von Rehlat: Ja, weil es nur binnen einer von der Bank vorgegeben Frist zurückgeholt werden kann (zum Glück) und Rehlat in keinster Weise reagiert hat!!! 👏🏼😂

Dec 13,2022NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Bunch of liars and scammers! They made a mistake on my hotel booking and took my money, when i asked for a refund they said they’ll give it to me. This was in October! We are now in December, still yet to receive a refund of £389.36 They don’t refund you, no matter how many times you contact them, they’ll send you the same exact automated email message! Honestly the worst company i’ve ever dealt with, highly disappointed.
