Feb 08,2025The remote control that was initially sent did not work properly on one component. The employee immediately took this very seriously. The communication about this was great (friendly, constructive and extremely constructive). Together we looked for solutions. Eventually a new (slightly different) programmed remote control was sent that is perfect. Never experienced such good (customer) service. Completely satisfied with the way things went!

Feb 08,2025Leider funktionierten 2 gelieferte Fernbedienungen nicht. Dann wurden auch noch die Versandkosten nicht erstattet. Geht gar nicht. Wenn der Artikel nicht funktioniert, will ich auch die Versandkosten erstattet haben. PayPal hat es dann geregelt. Auf den Rücksendekosten blieb ich leider sitzen. Schade......

Feb 03,2025Bought a replacement magic remote control with voice control & on screen pointer from RCW for my 2016 LG Smart TV after LG uk refused to send me one as I live in Northern Ireland. This company is based in the Czech Republic & for obvious reasons the control was slightly more costly but it is an original LG control and just needed paired to my TV to work perfectly. It was delivered by UPS within a few days. From start to finish I found that RCW couldn't have been more helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any IT enquiries. Feb 01,2025It was good that the company managed to mend the Remote Control. It took longer than expected (two and a half weeks) but otherwise everything was done very efficiently and competently. A new battery was fitted and no customs charge was encountered....
