Jan 28,2025Je n'y croyais plus ...ma balnéo en panne depuis 4 ans. Plus moyen de trouver une commande et si cela était possible...un prix prohibitif. Je vous ai trouvé par accident sur Facebook. J'ai tenté sans trop y croire et sans gros risques et aujourd.hui. Miracle balnéo refonctionne.

Jan 18,2025Ik zocht een vervanging voor mijn kapotte afstandsbediening van de 10+ jaar oude airco. Mijn type was er natuurlijk niet meer, maar Ik kreeg van Vat goed advies over alternatieven, die wel op mijn airco zouden reageren. En dat klopte! De afstandsbediening heb ik in huis en de airco werkt weer. Wat enigszins moeilijk ging, was het uiteindelijke betaalproces. Daar had ik wel chat-hulp bij nodig. En na wat veranderingen in mijn eigen pc-instellingen is dit gelukt.

Jan 31,2025Clear and easy instructions on the website, clear communication about the process and return of the remote control within a week! I’m very happy with this great service because a new remote would have cost me € 350.-! This saved me a lot of money. Our local supplier could not fix this!
