May 22,2018Joke of a company, avoid any lettings agents that use them. Highly unprofessional and poorly managed. Ask to speak to a manager and you are told that none are available, ever!! I implore any lettings agents that use Rent 4 Sure to stop doing so immediately..

Apr 29,2018Very poor service i am now getting messages from virgin and insurance companies daily, they say this is because rent4sure passed my details on to them. It did not give permission for them to do this as it was the letting agent whi filled the form. I have read the reply below which does not answer the point, i DID NOT COMPLETE ANY FORM. The letting agent did this. Rent for sure did not bother to ask me whether it was ok for my info to be passed on like this or do basic checks to ensure the tenant is the one completing their forms.
