Oct 12,2017Rent4sure are a simply faultless referencing company. We began using Rent4Sure around 2015 and haven't looked back since. Prior to using Rent4Sure, we did our referencing in house which in the early days of referencing was suitable but now the legal requirements and landlords expectations have moved on in such a way, it seemed prudent to leave it to the professionals. Not only has it saved us a huge amount of time in office, it has also taken a large amount of pressure off us as a company as we can be happy in the knowledge that the expected checks and requirements are being fulfilled, without us having to worry about it. The process of setting new tenants up on the Rent4Sure system is as simple as the form the tenants have to fill in. It's extremely self-explanatory and have not had a single client query or question an element of the form. I think it's really great that Rent4Sure give us the option to overlook the form prior to sending it up for reference checks as this allows us to make sure we have the information WE need, before sending it off. Whilst Rent4Sure are doing what they do best, they ensure that the files are kept well up-to-date with any conversations had with either us at the company OR the client which allows a true representation of progress when we call to see how they are getting on with the references. If there are any concerns that Rent4Sure have with the client that involve the references, they are very good at coming to us to make sure we are happy to proceed. On a final note, I would just like to say how helpful and kind the employees are Rent4Sure are. I have spoken with seemingly many of the employees and their customer service skills are second to none. I can confidently say, I am PROUD to be working with Rent4Sure and would recommend their services to anyone. Keep up the great work!!!

The information that is provided is absolutely essential, in helping us decide on whether the applicant is going to be a successful customer tenant. Recent additions to their products has meant we have kept up with legislation seamlessly and are able to ensure all potential tenants are checked thoroughly. Oct 04,2017Had a couple of experiences with them as a tenant. Form is easy to fill out, did it on my phone this time. Staff were polite enough when they called, which wasn't often, and didn't seem to harass my boss for the info although he probably responded quite quickly. Pretty pain free overall.

Oct 01,2017have found out under there careers page that they have targets in sales with lanlords,agents and tennants so im sure theres commisions here and when tennants say no they get rejected...i wish they could be investigated something smells fishy. ill wait for my out come then if rejected again i will take further action watchdog etc

Sep 28,2017Excellent online service with the back up of dedicated account manager on the end of the phone. It has streamlined our business so much and was such an easy transition. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the online dashboard means you can always see what's happening with the reference application. If you are thinking of changing I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them..... do it! Rachel from Property Explorer.

Landlord Waiting
Sep 15,2017Incompetent and unapologetic about it... I am the landlord of a property. I work for a bank and Rent4Sure contacted me on my work email address. They received an out of office message (as I was out that afternoon) which automatically gave the details of a work colleague to contact if the matter was urgent. Anyone with an ounce of common sense would appreciate that an Out of Office message relates to work - not personal matters. (The clue is in 'office'...). Undeterred, some bright spark contacted my colleague by email and phone, happily sharing details of my property, that I was a landlord, the tenant name etc. They also asked whether my colleague, with no right to the information and with no possible ability to provide a reference, could do so. "Tick in the box, close the file, everybody happy” - even if they are knowingly not speaking to the landlord. Obviously my colleague didn't provide this sign off - but they would have accepted it. I emailed to complain (and to tell them that the link in the original mail had expired - as ultimately my tenant was waiting for the sign off). They resent 2 emails with a new link for the sign off... to my colleague again... Complaint number 2. They then resent the link to me. Of course the resending of the link was very quick. They want to close their file and get their fee. Still waiting for the apology or explanation though, two weeks on... I won’t be holding my breath. So to summarise, they would have provided assurances to their client which could have been false / were not from the landlord, probably breached the data protection act, showed general incompetence and don’t seem to respond to any complaints.
