Aug 04,2024Tony Jarman was really helpful and provided me with all the information regarding different pension options. This meant I could make an informed decision regarding which product was most suitable for my needs. Once I decided what to do with my pension fund, Terry Finch ensured I was regularly updated in relation to the required administratration and timescales. I was never put any pressure to make a decision, or to take a particular pension product but was allowed to deal with matters at my own pace. I am very grateful to both Tony and Terry for making the process completely stress free.

If you are new to the world of pensions and annuities they are very patient and nothing was too much trouble. An excellent team to work with, best of all I have a much better deal now than my own provider offered. Highly recommended.

Aug 01,2024The people I dealt with - Andrew Ward and Terry Finch, were always polite and helpful. They did what they said they would do. The rate provided was the best I could find, and although the whole process took longer that I would have liked, I guess that this is more down to the annuity provider rather than Retirement Line.

Aug 01,2024I cannot recommend this company enough. I was so sceptical and worried that I was going to get scammed, it took me over a year to finally take the plunge after a lot of research. However, I could not be more pleased with the way I was treated and taken through every step of the way by George Gilbert who put up with my many voiced concerns and was then guided through the final part of the process by Terry Finch - both these gentlemen were great. If you are looking to set up an annuity look no further, this company is absolutely 100% professional.
