I received an email contact name from Just a few days after commencement, and paperwork providing all information arrived promptly confirming financial details. Very smooth as reassuring, as taking a pension is an important decision. Just also paid the highest annuity rate.

Samantha took the details and provided quotes for me to choose and once I had decided pushed the paperwork through in only a few days. Andrew oversaw the remaining process keeping me up to speed at every step. First rate. Highly recommended.

I was impressed with their record keeping, which became apparent when the representative I had been dealing with was on leave. Undeterred, colleagues quickly picked up on my needs and assisted me seemlessly! Oliver and Calum were always happy to assist, no matter how many different quotes I requested. Once my decision was made, the Admin team progressed my application incredibly efficiently and kept me updated. I received funds after a few weeks. Aug 06,2024Having done my research, I chose Retirement Line to arrange my pension annuity and - as they weren't too far away - I made an appointment to see Matthew Summers at their office. Seeing actual people working in an actual office, gave me the extra confidence that I was dealing with a proper company - when you are entrusting your hard-earned pension pot to someone, you need to know they are genuine! Matthew explained the options available to me, taking time to go over the bits I was struggling to get my head round - personal finance never having been a strong point. From my perspective, it was worth the visit, rather than doing it over the phone. One of the directors even made me a cup of tea! Once the ball was rolling, Matthew handed me over to Terry Finch, who provided me with regular updates on the progress of my application and also took the time to walk me through an unnecessarily complicated form sent to me by one of my pension providers. That same provider seemed to be dragging their feet and Terry continuously chased them to get it sorted. All in all, arranging and getting my annuity was pretty stress-free... as I just let Matt and Terry do all the work :) Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Retirement Line to friends and family in the future.

Aug 06,2024I used this Company For my second Fixed Term Retirement Plan 5 years ago, with Denise Hyland providing me with so many options, and I have just taken out my third Fixed Term Plan with Denise again giving me so many options, once I had chosen the pension I wanted to take out Terry Finch kept me informed how the transfer was doing. If you are you are worried about which company to use to sort out your pension I can recommend Retirement Line.

Aug 16,2024Due to a change in life circumstances I decided to retire early which then involved me in seeking an annuity that would provide an income until I reached retirement age. Danny and Andrew who managed my case kept me updated and made the process which seemed daunting beforehand relatively stress free.
