This was a good choice due to them knowing this type of market and paperwork needed to be completed. My contact for the duration of my AVC transfer and a mention to Andrew Rist, who was very diligent in his role and gave an excellent service, so well done.

Jul 16,2024I roughly knew what I wanted from an annuity but needed to combine 2 different pension pots and was looking to find the simplest method. David provided me with an informative and friendly service from the outset, explaining in detail how the process worked. There was no pressure to make a decision and the whole process from start to finish was stress free. Once I made my decision David helped me complete my application and I was then kept fully and regularly informed of progress by Jasmine. The whole process took just over 4 weeks - from my first telephone call to David to receiving my policy documents and cash from Canada Life. The service provided by David and Jasmine exceeded my expectations and I would recommend anyone looking for an annuity to give Retirement Line a call.

Jul 14,2024Matthew Summers & Guilio Montaque were dealing with my annuity purchase and kept me informed every step of the process from the initial application and completion. Any enquiries from me were answered in a very timely manner and with professionalism. Although a few a issues were encountered along the way which were out of their control, they did their upmost to resolve as they came along to ensure the application was brought to conclusion. My husband used Retirement Line a few years ago which is why I decided to use them too knowing how good a service they provide, I would highly recommend them to anyone considering an annuity purchase. Jul 13,2024I had been smothered by companies trying to sort out my pension annuity and Retirement Lines email to help me was not pushy at all . Calum Cooper one of the pension team offered his service to help me through the paper process and was very patient and polite whilst filling in the forms of which the majority of the forms were done whilst we chatted about retirement in general. The whole process has been a breeze and has took all the stress away as my two pension pot providers just tied me in knots with questions that I was unable or not qualified to answer. I am really pleased with my annuity payment and I definitely will and have recommended Retirement Line to friends and family. Thank you Calum and your team Good luck for your future business

Jul 12,2024I used Retirement Line to convert a fairly small SIP into an annuity. I had shopped around and found a range of prices. Retirement Line were on par with another well known company for the same annuity. I decided to go with Retirement Line against Hargreaves Lansdown because they were proactive, reactive and helpful. My contact for the quote, Tom was very helpful. He warned me that it may take 2 to 3 months to get everything in place I think we have done it in under 6 weeks. This is probably due to Sabrina who looked after me, after I accepted the quote, kept me up to date and chased the companies involved in transferring my pension funds. I'm a very happy customer.

Jul 10,2024The process was all done very professionally , with care , and my annuity was set up given a better return than forecast . Despite a slight delay due to an error with my N.I. Number Danny was partially helpful, keeping me updated for the best part of 2 years before I decided to go ahead with my annuity. To ensure I received the best rate at the time I needed it Bryony was also very helpful sorting out the N.I. problem I would recommend Retirement Line to anyone who is not sure of the process and taking the stress out off the situation Thank you all again 10/10 Mervyn Evans

Special mentions go for recognition to Paul Guy and Terry Finch, who between them worked with me on the vagaries of my requirements, and succeeded on reaching an agreed plan to suit my circumstances. Their invaluable assistance is to be commended to senior management for the appropriate fiscal enhancement by way of reward and my thanks. I hope we are all around when I hit 75 and can set up my final annuity following on from this latest one.

I explained in a round about way what I was wanting, and after listening to me they put together pension companies, plus facts and figures I could understand, including the plus side as well as a negative side. After coming to very important decision on my pension,the Retirement Line team did the rest. From then on everything went very smoothly. Jul 02,2024Trying to decide what to do with my pension pot was a nightmare After reading up about my options I had a rough idea what I could do but didn't really know just how much money I could receive and what some of the options really mean as there's a lot of jargon surrounding pensions. So I decided to try Retirement line, after looking on there website Paul phoned me and explained my options very well and arranged some quotes for life time and fixed term annuities. After considering my options I decided on a fixed term annuity, however Paul could not get a better deal than I could myself so I arranged my pension myself They where absolutely fine with this and in 10 years I will contact them again to check my options
