Jan 08,2025I was looking for a short term annuity and was recommended a Sam Pitchford of Retirement Line by a family member who had had previous dealings with her. I can honestly say it was a pleasure dealing with Sam being both friendly and professional with no pressure. All my options were covered with a fully documented email of all plans available to me for me to review at my leisure. Sam was always available to talk and guide me through any concerns/questions regarding the plans nothing was to much trouble. When I had decided on the correct annuity for me the process was quick and easy. Unfortunately I had an issue with my chosen provider but Sam did not abandon me she was relentless in chasing the provider keeping me informed at all times until the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend this company professional, friendly and trustworthy. Brilliant service thanks

Paperwork was sent promptly for me to go over and sign. The entire process was a pleasure. What a fantastic team they have at Retirement Line. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jan 08,2025Having decided I wanted an annuity, Retirement Line were recommended by a friend’s financial adviser. My first conversation with Annuity Specialist Ed Starling was on 30 October and he very quickly provided a list of the best current offers. Ed was patient and very helpful in answering the questions I had and left me feeling very reassured and relaxed about a process I was slightly dreading. There was no attempt to influence my decision on who to go with (other than updating on an improved offer from another provider). Once decided, Tino handled all the admin and correspondence with my two pension providers and the annuity provider. I was informed every step of the way and my first payment was made slightly less than 2 months after first contact. This seemed super quick and the whole process could not have felt easier. The guys at RL are professional and clearly highly competent, did an excellent job and I’d happily recommend them.

Jan 07,2025I started speaking to Daniel Milton from Retirement Line who was very helpful and started the process and answered all my questions and kept me updated all the time. I was then passed over to Terry Finch who continued to be very helpful and kept me informed all the time about how the process was going right up to the time it was handed over to Just. I would recommend the company and the staff to anyone.

Jan 05,2025Calum Cooper was excellent in sorting out my pension options. Was always very polite and able to explain everything in an easy to understand way. Regularly called me to keep me upto date with how the process was going, being very patient and helpful with dealing with a slight delay in getting information from my employer. If you need any help with sorting out an Annuity then using Retirement line as a company will be a good option and if all the consultants are as helpful as Calum (I am sure they will be ) then you can't go wrong. I have had dealings with serval companies with sorting out pension, can say this is the most helpful and the best company with communication that I have delt with. I would 100% recommend to help with sorting out your pension/annuity. 5 stars all round

They were attentive without being pushy, took time to understand my needs and responded within minutes or a few hours to requests for information.
