I was left going round in circle and in fear as I have contacted and compared a few sites as suggested by Pension Wise and the like, not only they were uncompetitive I felt I was lost in a maze and going nowhere. By chance I came across the Retirement Line, Bingo, straight away the politeness and genuine attitude from Mr Andrew Ward and Mr Andrew Rist gave me great assurance and peace of mind all along without any hassles and offered a really good deal that I am very happy with. Jan 14,2025From the initial web request through the initial phone contact to the email updates from the admin team, it was an easy experience for such an important decision. Tom talked me through my decisions making sure I understood the implications. With no pressure to go in any particular direction several scenarios were explored to make sure I was satisfied with my choices. Once the documents were signed I was then transferred to the Admin team who kept me fully informed as the annuity was processed with the provider. I would certainly recommend Retirment Line to anyone approaching retirement and looking pursue an annuity.

Jan 10,2025When I made the decision to retire at the end of last year I admittedly didn’t know much about pensions and I wasn’t sure how to go about sorting out the right annuity for my needs. My company’s own pension advisor was not very helpful so I decided to investigate it for myself online. I came across Retirement Line and after checking reviews I decided to give them a call. The person I spoke to Tom was very helpful and explained the different options available and emailed quotations for me to consider. Everything was explained in a way that I could understand and once I decided to go ahead Retirement Line regularly kept in touch with its progress. There was a bit of a hold up due to the provider of one of my pension pots being slow to transfer funds but Retirement Line chased them and I have just been advised that my annuity policy has been set up and first payment will be received early this month. I am so glad that I decided to use Retirement Line and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in my position.
