Jan 24,2025I would like to thank Andrew Rist , Customer Relationship Consultant at Retirement Line for the amazing job he did in ensuring that I received my cash pay-out and monthly annuity. Andrew was involved in the entire process from quotations, administration and on to the annuities completion. This was only a small pension pot and for some reason it proved extremely difficult and complicated, all due to the company that original held my pension. Andrew didn’t leave a stone unturned to push this process along. His updates and communication were great and nothing was ever too much for him. Thanks also to Nathan Bains, who was also involved in this process. Thank you both, and Retirement Line!

Jan 22,2025I was looking to amalgamate pensions from different companies and buy a single annuity and spoke with Thomas in the first instance. Thomas answered all my questions and even completed the forms for me over the telephone. It was a very easy process and I was delighted with the service provided. Tino was appointed my Customer Relationship Consultant and his communication skills were excellent keeping me informed of developments throughout the process. I was so please with the advice given and service provided by Thomas and Tino that I recommended Retirement Line to my partner who spoke with Thomas and subsequently purchased an annuity from one of their approved suppliers. I would definitely recommend the services of Retirement Line as we were most impressed with their knowledge, commitment and efficiency.

Jan 20,2025Transferred my L&G pension pot to Standard Life using Retirementline. The process was really straightforward, obviously time consuming but well worth doing. Matthew Summers was my first point of contact to discuss all of the many Pension Options. Once I had made my mind up, the transfer of my funds was all arranged over the phone. Jamar Dobson was then my point of contact during the fund transfer process and kept me updated. In reality I was advised that the whole process could take 10 to 12 weeks but it only took about 7 to full completion. I would highly recommend Retirementline.

Will initially handled all the questions and information required with email and hard copies provided.
