Apr 27,2024Excellent experience with this firm. My initial contact was Nathan, who explained all the different options for buying an annuity - didn't realise there were so many. Got a better annuity quote from Retirement Line than from other brokers I had contacted. Explained the process, sent me the documents to sign which I received the next day. Calum then dealt with the admin side of the transfer, kept me informed on the progress, and the whole thing completed in a month so within the timescale of the original quote. Can't fault anything.

Apr 26,2024Retirement Line ,i first spoke to Matthew Summers, he gave me the best annuity quote on a annuity.He was very professional and patient.He explained the whole process very clearly,and gave me weekly updates on my annuity quotes,as my pension funds was increasing weekly.He then handed the admin process to his colleague,Mollie Tuner,who also gave me updates on the process.The whole process only took 4 weeks. Apr 26,2024I have recently completed the setting up of a Fixed Term Annuity via Retirement Line. I received excellent support throughout the process of transferring my workplace pension from Aviva to LV=, firstly from George Gilbert (Annuity Specialist) and then from Mandy Grkinic (Customer Relationship Consultant). Both George and Mandy provided extremely useful information and support from the first point I requested annuity quotes through to confirmation from LV= of the completed annuity application. They both kept me up to date through the process and made what I assumed would be a daunting process into a very smooth process. I was very happy with the final annuity quote provided, and believe it was very competitive. They both did exactly what they said they would do. For example, George said I would be reimbursed for the postage costs of providing the LV= application documentation to Retirement Line, and I indeed received a cheque for the postal costs the very next week. Overall, I would definitely recommend Retirement Line for setting up an annuity. I am now in the process of setting up an annuity for my wife via Retirement Line.

I was initially given concise quote details by Jonathon and all my questions were answered promptly. Once the application was submitted, Tino kept me regularly updated as to progress and completion. The whole process took c4 weeks to get the policy organised. Excellent Service

Apr 24,2024From first contact from Edward Starling to completion from Amy Rogers the service was first class, Ed contacted me and went through my options explaining what was available to me, he was helpful and didn't use jargon which as i knew only a little about annuities was very helpful, Ed then advised I would be contacted by Amy Rogers to complete the transaction, Amy then took over, There were a couple of hiccups from my employer but Amy sorted them all no problem and she kept me up to date on what was happening, Thanks to both of you and i would be happy to recommend both you and your company

George Gilbert and Terry Finch both helped with my long list of questions and helped me select the right product for my circumstances. Phone calls were answered quickly - no holding on for ages which I experienced with the companies that already had my money. E-mails were also attended to promptly. There was a clear sense that Retirement Line stood ready to chase things up if the process started to drag.

Apr 19,2024Four years ago, Retirement Line patiently worked through a problematic pension scheme for me and achieved success, exercising an impressive diligence, care and perseverance (unlike the pension provider at the centre of the problem -- I shan't mention their name). I was so impressed with the work of Retirement LIne that when the opportunity arose in March this year to find an annuity on a separate pension scheme of mine I immediately chose them. By sheer chance and excellent good luck, I dealt with the same people who had helped me so much the first time round -- Rick Holdaway and customer relationship consultant Mollie Turner. They acted with the same supreme standard of professionalism as they had first time round, making sure I understood all the options, finding the best deals, keeping me informed every step of the way and reaching a rapid conclusion. From me approaching them to the annuity being set up took just one month.
