When the first stage was completed, Calum Cooper continued to keep me up to date with what was happening and I felt relaxed and well informed. Jun 03,2024I first contacted Retirement Line 6 months before I was due to take early retirement just to get a quote on what I could achieve with my pension pots. My first point of contact was with Josie Thomas who explained thoroughly how the process worked. 6 months later when I was ready, Josie requoted and helped with the completion of the paperwork, all very easy and seamless. The case was then handed to Amy Rogers who then handled the process of the transfer to Canada Life. Amy kept me updated throughout the progress. This took less time than expected, the policy was completed and the lump sum was transferred into my bank account. I still cant believe this service hasn't cost me anything. The whole process was seamless and flawless. Thanks Josie and Amy.

I initially spoke to Denise Hyland who took the time to run through the different options that were available to me. Denise was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout our many discussions and I thank her for everything she did for me. Following on from Denise, Tino Muchirahondo then kept me up to date with regular progress regarding the option that I chose with Legal & Genaral. For anyone who reads this and is planning to retire soon, speak to Retirement Line. Highly recommended.

May 31,2024Tony Jarvis and Amy Rogers both need to be mentioned in dispatches to their headoffice. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Tony was my first contact. Although very experienced and knowledgeable, he explained the processes clearly in a manner I could understand. Tony was very friendly, patient and interested in me as a person not just a client, yes we had a jolly good laugh! As our chat was coming to a close he advised that his involvement was over and my case would now be handled by Amy. Amy and I made contact by email. Amy kept me informed at all stages. Any query was responsed to in a timely manner. I was never left waiting and waiting. Amy made the final process seamless and exceeded my expectations by receiving my funds before it was expected. Amy sent information to me when she said she would as well. Tony and Amy were fantastic and should be highly praised by their management teams. May 26,2024Having looked at various companies to help me with my private pension I spoke to Thomas Handley at Retirement Line and decided they were the best company for me. After initial conversation they left it to me to contact them again when I was ready to proceed with my annuity, not like other companies who bombarded me with phone calls and emails. After a few months of reviewing and doing various checks I decided to move forward with Retirement Line. After deciding which product was right for me my account was passed over to Andrew Rist who took over and saw it through to conclusion when my annuity was taken out with L&G who provided me with the best return on my investment. I can honestly say that Retirement Line were absolutely fantastic with the way they dealt with my needs in what can be a minefield of the pension needs. Kept me informed all the way and always contacted me whenever they said they would. Totally stress free from start to finish from taking my pension from my original provider to setting up my annuity with L&G. Highly recommend Retirement Line. Thank you Tom and Andrew.

May 25,2024The process was a bit long winded, but very successful. These things do take time, so be prepared. More up to date communication could have been made. Both Oliver Prescott and Amir Sultana were excellent, particular in the beginning, in explaining all the options and being very patient without being demanding.
