Apr 18,2024I contacted Retirement Line after struggling to understand and complete the various forms required to purchase an annuity. It was nice to have a local telephone number and I got through to Steve Farrow who immediately took the stress out of everything for me by explaining everything in a way I could understand and completing all the forms for me. Bryony Scarlett then kept me updated as to how things were progressing. I received outstanding service from both Steve and Bryony, who were always contactable, professional and friendly and everything was processed very quickly. My only regret is that I did not contact Retirement Line sooner. I am now recommending them to all my colleagues! A very big thank you to Steve and Bryony and everyone at Retirementline.

Apr 18,2024I am so happy I found Retirement Line in total I dealt with 3 different companies to try to find the best Annuity policy I found it quite stressful as one of the companies started with their costs at £4500.00 which they kept reducing to increase my benefit as the more they take out first the less we are using to purchase my Annuity I was fortunate enough to deal with with Joshua Lawson from Retirement Line who was as straight as straight can be their costs were between. Quarter & a third of the other company meaning I benefited financially after agreeing with Joshua to use them I was introduced to Jasmine Cahill who would then be my Customer relationship consultant Both of these people were so very easy to contact during the process always returning my calls very quickly & emailing me all the information I needed I would highly recommend this company their staff are efficient & honest I was advised the process could take up to 12 weeks before I committed to them it actually only took six & I now have my 25% payment in my account & the monthly payments start next month Well done Retirement Line team you are an honourable team

Apr 16,2024I got an enhanced annuity quotation from Rick Holdaway and then Amira Sultana did the admin. They seem to get better rates than I could if I applied in person. Total process took 14 weeks. A few delays but I think that was the annuity company mostly. The end result was more than I was being quoted by any other method I tried so I'm a happy bunny. Amira was good at letting me know what was going on.

The process only took a month though bear in mind some take 8 weeks or so. Bryony was very helpful dealing with the admin side of things I would recommend Retirement Line Thanks again

He explained everything to me very thoroughly and was extremely patient.I have also had excellent communication with AmyBanks who has been very supportive of my situation . Apr 09,2024Very good customer care, and took plenty of trouble setting out all the options available within the parameters that we set after a fruitful discussion. Andrew Ward was my contact consultant and was a goldmine of valuable information. Mandy Grkinic did the follow up administration very efficiently. Both were excellent in maintaining contact. I got the maximum benefit by first using the government Pension Wise Service to familiarise myself with the broader , so I had a good starting point before approaching Retirement Line.

Calum was very informative & helpful, and there was no pressure to actually purchase an annuity through Retirement Line. Apr 19,2024It was suggested by Willis Towers Watson, my pension provider, that I contact RetirementLine if I was interested in getting Annuity quotes as they would act as a broker between WTW and other annuity providers. I contacted Nathan Bains at Retirementline to discuss what my options are and was supplied with a number of annuity quotes. I then requested a further quote which was provided and which I then selected. I was then contacted by Amy Rogers (RetirementLine) who then acted as the intermediary between myself and my chosen Annuity provider. She kept me informed at every point in the process until completion. The service that I received from RetirementLine was brilliant. They both were friendly, professional and accommodating at every stage of the process of arranging an annuity, always willing to put up my interuptions and answer all my queries.
