He provided me with quotes quicker than other companies, and had them updated when he could see markets moving. Once he had finished the paperwork and sent things off, I was updated on a weekly basis by Terry Finch and Amanda Grkinic, so I never had to wonder what was going on. I can't recommend them enough

May 16,2024Dealing with Sam Pritchard from the start was a bonus nothing fazed her, question after question Sam would confidently answer them but never advising which was a shame as I'm sure she holds a lot of interesting information however, I made the decision to take out the annuity policy and was passed to the Annuity dept that deals with the particular company you chose in my case Legal & General. Thanks to another great member of staff being Amanda Grkinic with her help and weekly updates made the purchase of the Annuity run so very smooth, their are others I spoke to on the phone who were also very helpful but in my opinion the two ladies I had on my side were nothing less than fantastic, fabulous work thank you both. The retirement line in my humble opinion select very special people giving you the confidence you have gone with the right company. Bravo to you all.

May 15,2024I can't recommend this company highly enough. Tony found the best annuity rate for my father, which was considerably more than the rates offered by his existing provider. He also clearly explained everything, went through all the options available and what each option would mean for him. The transfer process was handled entirely by Terry, with very little involvement from ourselves. We were fully updated every step of the way and again, everything was clearly explained. They were completely transparent about the commission fees that they receive from the provider so there were no hidden surprises as often found with other companies. I can't fault any of the service provided and would urge anyone nearing retirement to consider using their services to search for the best annuity rates as it can make a huge difference.

May 13,2024From beginning to end I felt in safe hands. I would use Retirement Line again. Danny Page was extremely professional, able to explain my choices clearly and listened to my requests. He went the extra mile throughout helping me to maximise as best he could the annuity amounts . I think the company trains its staff very well and they always went through security with me .Danny understands the products and can explain them well. Once he handed me over to Mandy Grkinic she was equally professional keeping me regularly updated and stepped in to address any timing issues very effectively. I was impressed with the company and having direct phone numbers with only two points of contact means there is continuity and total understanding of the client. I cannot find any fault at all which is a really nice thing to say in this day and age.

May 13,2024Quick response to initial request and Samantha provided a whole range of quotes based on various scenarios, which gave me a lot of values to help me understand the best approach for me. Once I'd done my own research on the company offering the best annuity for my circumstances (ie FCA registration, FSCS protection, share performance etc) the transfer of funds to that company was seamlessly handled by Mollie, who kept me informed of progress. The whole process was really easy and I particularly liked the range of quotes provided. Of course, Retirement Line do take a commission, but you don't expect anyone to work for nothing.

May 24,2024For someone who is pretty clueless about pensions, because I find it all so extremely confusing, I can't praise Retirement Line enough. My Husband had already sorted his pension annuity out through them and had been very impressed with their service. I had an initial telephone consultation with George Gilbert. He wasn't at all intimidating, but instead was very personable, which put me at ease. He then allowed me to delegate the responsibility for further pension conversations to be discussed on my behalf by my Husband (Who is much more knowledgeable than me on the subject of pensions) George swiftly provided several quotes, so I was able to choose a fixed term annuity that best suited my needs. The relevant paperwork arrived from George really quickly for me to complete/sign/return to start the application process. Retirement Line even liaised with my workplace pension provider to arrange the transfer of funds to my chosen annuity provider. Tino Muchirahondo then progressed the application, with minimal input required from myself. I was kept regularly updated during the process by emails from both George and Tino. The whole process has taken just less than a month, which has been very impressive! Overall I'm extremely happy with the excellent service provided by Retirement Lin, especially George and Tino. They've made it thoroughly painless and taken all the worry out of it for me! I'm very happy to recommend their services
