May 07,2024Whilst looking to take out an annuity with the pension company who had my pension pot, I was made aware of Retirementline and the potential for a better annuity outcome. I completed the relevant checks given the issues some people have with pensions and everything checked out okay. Began the quotation process with Denise via a telephone call where we discussed all the options that were available, and I received these via email for consideration. Settled for a quote that was 10% above my original quote and guaranteed payment for 15 years should something happen not one!! Began the application process on the 13th Feb, received updates via email from Tino regarding the transfer of funds, Jasmine and the Admin team with a final email with annuity in place ready for first payment on the 11th March. During the annuity process and first payment I was lucky enough to be travelling, but as everything had been thoroughly checked before I left there were no issues to be resolved. Thanks to the team at Retirementline, would highly recommend if you are in the process of purchasing an annuity.

May 03,2024Annuity made easy, with Retirement Line. No need to keep putting off your pension solution, give them a call and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. What you get, most helpful friendly informative staff who are willing to help, and answer all your questions to your satisfaction. I spoke to Paul to start with and he made it easy to understand, and gave me several quotations from major providers which I was very pleased with. Once I’d figured out which quote suited me best I advised Paul to get things set up. Then Amanda took over handling the communication and administrative side of it. Needless to say the whole task was efficiently handled and set up smoothly. Key facts I appreciated most was dealing with such nice folks who clearly know their stuff. Along with great patience and focus on customer service. Great choice and good prices, with necessary explanations where needed. All done by cheerful staff who are happy to help. They get my wholehearted recommendation, a big thanks to Amanda and Paul for a job well done !
