Mar 15,2024Many people find the whole pension situation extremely confusing, if not daunting. So finding a company like Retirement Line was something of a "Godsend" and from my initial contact, they were incredibly helpful and reassuring. Ewan Murray handled the initial contact, outlined my options clearly and methodically and oversaw things from "the background". My situation was complicated slightly because funds were being transferred from three different sources but that process was handled by Millie Turner who was extremely diligent and resourceful, and kept me in touch with progress at all times. I have Retirement Line to thank for the fact that my lifetime annuity is now in place and I will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the to my family and friends in the future.

Both were very helpful and dealt With any queries quickly. I received my tax free sum quickly from just and found both Companies easy to deal with. Would recommend retirement line to anyone.

Mar 14,2024We were so nervous about purchasing an Annuity (with the adverts alerting to pension scams). And found out that you can’t deal with many Annuity Companies directly (they don’t tell you that on Pensionwise etc!!!) But thank goodness Tony and Amira rode in on white chargers and made all our worries go away! Totally exceeding expectations. Just fantastically brilliant. Because they deal with pension companies all the time and built up relationships with them (unlike a hometown IFA etc) it was seemless and very efficient and speedy. They gave updates regularly and explained everying well (we had done our homework on Annuities but they gave us useful info we did not know). If we could give 100 stars we would. This company and its staff are very very good at what they do. Can’t recommend them enough.

He kept me up to date on progress with regular emails. The whole process was well within the time he originally quoted. And all of this without the need for me to pay any fee.

Mar 15,2024Oliver dealt with my initial enquiry and couldn't have been any more helpful. Oliver sent me all the details I needed along with several quotes tailored to my request. After reading through everything I made my decision and clarified a couple of points with Oliver. He explained everything in simple terms without overcomplicating which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. From there Jasmine took over on email contacting with regular updates on my purchase progress. Jasmine kept me well informed weekly as she had said she would up until my purchase was completed.
