We didn’t like that we weren’t always updated as clearly as we could have been meaning we had to chase. We were also confused as to whether Rhiannon or Al were managing our case at the beginning.

Jul 17,2023Used RG LAW a few times now and they have never let me down. Wanted to use the Sidcup branch as it is very local for me, but was transferred up to their York office. I needed have worried as I received great service from Rakib and her team. They kept me well informed every step of the way on the sale of my property. They also managed to push the sale through within 7 to 9 weeks as my buyer was running out of time with his mortgage offer, so I was very greatful for their professionalism and hard work regarding this transaction. Would definitely use this company again.

As the company is predominantly online, reviewing, receiving and returning documents was very simple and convenient and we were able to work this around our working days easily. Their report identified risks and our associated options with clarity, and they answered all of our concerns promptly and comprehensively.
