We had one house which feel through and finally found another and Chloe has been so helpful, professional and all round great person to have helping us. She is so positive, understanding but also straight to the point in guiding us through all this. I could not have done any of this without her! she is an absolute star and so knowledgeable but makes it all sound so simple which we really needed. Emails are replied to quickly, updates every week/day, good advice, always there to help with any weird queries, nothing felt like it was too much for her to help with.

Oct 10,2024I've recently had bad review on RG Law. The Quote wasn't correct for what I requested and when I had to go to a different solicitors. But when I called they said they no longer want to act for me. I would say that I had good service in the pass and on this simple transaction it's wasn't good and waited over 7 days to get hold of a manger. So maybe worth reading this before choosing your solicitors.

Oct 08,2024Don’t make the same mistake I did by ignoring reviews. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a professional services firm. If you’re looking for a firm that is helpful, mindful of timelines, and responsive, then RG Law is not for you. As a first-time buyer, I never want to go through this process again after dealing with them. The entire ordeal took over six months, with long periods—sometimes a month or two—where I received no communication at all. They consistently ignored my calls and emails, and multiple complaints were met with nothing but a half-hearted apology from Akshaye, followed by another two weeks of silence. By early July, we should have been close to completion, but they started asking for information that should have been handled months earlier—if they had been organized and attentive. Their negligence also damaged my relationship with the landlord I was buying from. What started as a £2,000 quote ended up costing me nearly £6,000 for the worst service I’ve ever experienced—not to mention the additional rent I had to pay due to their delays. In short, avoid this firm. Save yourself the time, stress, and financial burden. Don’t expect any clear communication or insights from them either, as they seem unaware of the process themselves. The only reason I was able to complete the transaction in the end was by personally liaising with my landlord and chasing my mortgage lender—services for which I was still charged.
