Nov 29,2024To start, we weren’t having the best experience with RG Law and had made a couple complaints about it to our mortgage broker, however our case got handed over to Ana who changed our entire experience. Ana was amazing to work with, quick with communication, speedy in her work and meeting deadlines. She would call to clarify what was happening, and was always, polite, respectful and just generally pleasant to work with. I would 100% recommend anyone to work with Ana, she made buying our first home such a lovely experience and definitely rectified the dissatisfaction we experienced to begin with which is why we have gone with 5 stars. She deserves them!

Nov 27,2024It took them 8 days just to (try) to get my ID for a time constrained zero chain house purchase. They use some broken third party processor, almost certainly a data miner, that they know is broken but make you fight with regardless. How do I know this? My estate agent recommended RG Law. No doubt they got a kickback for it, I didn't mind. My estate agent told me that people have had problems with the app and to contact RG Law if anything goes wrong. Everyone knows the app doesn't work. The app store has pages and pages and pages of 1 star reviews for this broken mess. So even the app developer knows it doesn't work. I guess it's the cheapest software about or there's a commission deal going on with the data mining? After 8 days of being messed around I'm told I can come to the office for a 15 minute visit. WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THIS 8 DAYS AGO! Not content with messing me around, they then refuse to answer a question as to why this app even exists. It doesn't work. You know this. Why are you advising people to even attempt to use it? You're not lawyers, you have a simple service job and this service is a joke. You take documents from 1 person and send to another. That's it. I literally write programs to do your jobs at work. I don't care how polite a person is on E-mail when they're inept I fired RG Law due to gross incompetence. If they can't handle a simple task like obtaining a picture of me, I have zero faith in them handling 15 years of savings. Obviously they refused to return the £300 deposit and ignored my requests. All while having undertaken 0 work and massively delaying the process. It's only cost me another £800 in another months rent, waiting for a another solicitor to pick up the work. That's £1,100 additional to the house move. Why would they care, they made money for doing nothing. Mummy and daddy paid for their a waste of time university course, car, deposit on a house. They can sleep sound at night. However, I do enjoy the e-mails they keep sending titled with such nonsense as "A [diverse employee] has been made President of [DIE organisation]" or "RG Law has won an award for [nonsense]". Everyone wins an award when they sponsor the event. My new solicitor has a website for uploading documents. I uploaded documents, they were processed. It's that simple.

Nov 27,2024Completely shocking experience from start to finish. Our first solicitor was non-existent with only one e-mail contact in a few months. Eventually we encountered over 10 different members of staff. Completely disorganised and even after exchanging being told documents were still outstanding. Complete chaos and even after raising a complaint it's been 3 weeks without any acknowledgement. If we could go back we would completely avoid RG Law and we would advise anyone else to look elsewhere.

I've heard horror stories from family members about their experiences with solictors. Working with Beth and using the R G Law app has been a genuinely pleasurable and reassuring experience. She has been very patient with all of our lengthy questions and enquiries and been very proactive in reaching out as soon as the next stage has been reached.

Nov 08,2024Rheanne was extremely good and quick to reply for any queries . Whole process took around 16 weeks for exchange and was regularly updated at each stage . RG law app is good and has all the stages, process and updates in it .
