Everyone at some point in their life will need a Solicitor, either when buying a house, in the event of deaths and with help if you’re in trouble. The entire purchasing and selling process went smoothly. The only downside was that the Portal, which I was initially excited about for tracking progress, wasn't updated regularly.

Aug 27,2024The whole process was very slow, and there was little to no support at any stage of the process. Communication was difficult, totally unprofessional (our solicitor spelt her name incorrectly?!) and some members of the team were condescending. Final straw came when solicitor made mistake in final invoicing. It almost left us over £12,000 out of pocket and I was just told "sorry you misunderstood". RG Law made a mistake and one that could have been very costly, and yet did not apologise. Then asked for a five star review! I would never use RG Law or recommend them to anyone.
