Dec 18,2024Amanda and the rest of the Richard Kendall team has been amazing throughout. We've had some people cancel on the viewings and didn't show up at all but the Team didn't fail to chase them as well as keeping us updated all the time. Also, thankful for the team for following our instruction throughout and keeping us in the loop when we've sold the house.

What can at best be described as an extremely difficult and stressful journey these ladies were incredible. They kept us informed, dealt with countless difficulties all while being totally professional, reassuring us that we would get there, they were kind, friendly and approachable throughout. ABSOLUTE SUPERSTARS!!!

If you want an estate agents that cares and treats you as people not just a number use Richard Kendall. Amber , Amanda and the whole branch were simply FANTASTIC for us . It wasn’t the easiest journey however Amber was determined to get us over the line and she did just that . For such a young person she is a natural in this industry and will not let you down. Dec 12,2024We had to sell our property in Ossett while living in a different part of the country with all the problems that entails but the task was made easier for us because of Mandy Bennett of the Ossett office. Whatever problem we had Mandy rose to occasion and sorted it out without any fuss. We couldn't have asked for a more capable person to organize the selling of our house. We needed someone to maintain the garden, she found someone for us. As the house was empty we needed someone to check the house and heating on a regular basis, she organized that for us. Nothing was above or beyond the call of duty, she even liaised with the buyers on our behalf as we weren't around. She was always professional as well as being lighthearted and humorous and was a delight to talk to. Thank you Mandy. p.s. We think Mr. Kendall should give you a pay rise.

Dec 10,2024Do not use this company, was advised on the phone to hand back a property I needed to hand the keys back on the day and fill out a moving house form, complete the form on the day and everything was fine no issues in the office, few weeks later because they didn’t inform the landlord of me moving out they are deciding to keep the deposit for not giving them written notice after I was told this was not needed and I was to just hand the keys in on the day. Moving in inventory was all good same as the moving out inventory but yet I still got charged £92 for gardening. It’s actually laughable £700 down due to lack of communication and miss information in there office.

Our allocated agents, Shireen and Catherine dealt with a difficult sale very professionally and were always on hand to offer help and assistance. The fee was very attractive. A first sale fell through due to the purchasers home developing an issue, but a new buyer was found and the sale proceeded without any issues. Well done.

Dec 03,2024Many thanks to Karen Mariejewko. She went above and beyond to help progress the sale. She kept me up to date with progress each Monday, and often during the week as well. I often became exasperated with one of the firms of solicitors dealing with the sale. She chased them up regularly on my behalf. She let me know every time there was progress. She was also very patient with me as I made numerous emails and phone calls to her. I am sure with Karen’s input the completion date was much quicker. Her service to me was second to none.

Dec 03,2024Our negotiator was Elizabeth (Liz) at the Wakefield branch. We recently sold through Richard Kendall and ended up in a very long and complicated chain- not an experience we wish to repeat! I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for Liz going over and above to keep different parties informed and support our decision making, I don’t think we would have successfully completed on our sale. We encountered so many different issues at other points in the chain, and Liz was able to advise us and make contact with the necessary people so that we could act in the right way at the right times. No question was too silly, and we were never made to feel like we couldn’t get in contact. Calls were always returned quickly and Liz ensured she was in contact, especially during the frustrating times where not much seems to be happening whilst the solicitors were busy completing the conveyancing. If I knew of anyone looking to sell, I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend Liz and Richard Kendall as an agent. We’d like to thank Liz for everything she did to help us move to our forever family home. We couldn’t be happier and are very grateful for Liz’s expertise and professionalism.

Unfortunately our buyers buyer pulled out at the last minute, but we were kept informed at every stage and everything was soon back on track. Shireen would be in contact with ours and the buyers solicitors regularly, giving me weekly update calls which really helped, especially after the chain had broken. Right from the beginning at the valuation stage, all the way through to the final call to say we had completed, I would recommend Richard Kendall's to anyone looking to sell a property.
