Nov 29,2024Worst experience ever selling my property, staff where rude to the point i had to request a new sales advisor. Did nothing to sell the house or keep me updated. I cancelled YOPA for them as richardkendall 'sold me the dream'.. told me they would sell it an YOPA wouldnt type thing. House was at £475000 with YOPA had 3 viewings. House was at £450000 with richardkendall had 0 viewings. An now im £140 down and taken the house of the market. I would definately avoid. They may tell you they will do more than the cheaper estate agents, they may tell you that they will sell it faster. They wont. Its all lies. Just trust me an go else where :)

Nov 26,2024Elizabeth Cooke has been amazing throughout the process. She was our buyers estate agent, yet she treated us as if we were her clients. She rang weekly with updates and towards the end of the process was instrumental in contacting her clients solicitors, our solicitor and estate agent and her clients buyers solicitors and estate agent to try get this over the line. Liz was always a friendly reassuring voice at the end of the phone. Thank you for everything Liz :)

Nov 22,2024From my experience I have always held Richard Kendall in high regard.. Since the day my sister told Richard Kendall himself he could not come into her room to value our property unless he paid £10. He still went in the room but a cheque for my sister followed! Now being in the position to purchase a property myself I cannot fault the service I have had. I have dealt with Karen Marijewko throughout my purchase and she has been professional and efficient throughout. Knowing that every Monday I would receive an update and Karen would have chased all parties has helped progress the sale and make the process clear on my side. Can’t thank Karen and Richard Kendall enough.

Karen Marijewko was especially helpful as it had been quite a few years since we bought our last house and so many things have changed. Everything is online & as you get a little older it can get a little confusing but we were guided through everything by Karen. A lovely call once we had completed too which we thought was lovely .

Throughout this period I have always been impressed by their ability to provide a smooth transition between tenancy agreements. More recently both Matt and Alice have been particularly helpful in arranging a multitude of services during latest change in tenancy's. Essentially they’ve always acted professionally and reaffirmed that I still have the best and most trusted letting agent in the area.

Given there was no seamless crossover between having sold my family house and sourcing my new home at the end of my current completion I was eager to reduce the time spent in temporary accommodation. Karen Marijewko was my saviour, her knowledge, experience of the property industry and persistence to ensure everyone was doing what they were responsible for within the process continually were outstanding. Karen's professionalism and they way she managed incompetent solicitors was excellent. She was a great support and I can't thank her enough.
