Feb 10,2024I ordered a set of plates but they were all damaged when I received them. Rinkit resolved the problem very quickly. Told me to bin the plates and I had a new set sent out within 3 days. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely order from this company again

Good product and decent prices .Unfortunately there was a very small issue of a missing item but I emailed, received an immediate response & had my replacement within a couple of days. Refreshing this day and age that they were helpful and considerate .Great customer service. Would definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

Feb 08,2024I ordered some beautiful plates from rinkit and they were so affordable and were delivered the next day, unfortunately one of the plates had a faded pattern compared to the rest, I emailed and within a few hours I was advised a replacement would be sent free of charge - great affordable website with great staff!

Feb 07,2024I bought a new toilet seat from Rinkit, which was cheaper than on other sites. The quality is great and I’m very satisfied. There was a slight fault with one small part and Rinkit replaced the whole seat for free within a day (and I reported it on a Sunday!). Fantastic customer service and excellent replacement item. Feb 07,2024I ordered 2 picture frames which arrived within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the glass was broken on one frame (probably due to the carrier). I emailed Rinkit's customer service and they replied within the hour and have sent a replacement immediately. Great customer service.

Feb 06,2024My order arrived damaged (Evri, the delivery company) but my E-mail report was acknowledged within a couple of hours (On a Saturday) and replacements sent out immediately which arrived on the Monday morning. Excellent customer service and would be Five stars if using a different delivery company.

Feb 05,2024Great prices and dispatch quickly. I had to contact customer service recently about a delivery that did not arrive. They were very helpful and have replaced my order. The only down side is they use Evri {Hermes) who often loose or late deliver parcels. Will definitely give them a 5 if they ever change courier
