Feb 01,2024Delivery was very quick,we had purchased several items and unfortunately a piece was missing from 1 item,at 5.30pm I emailed customer services received an immediate responce with the offer of replacement which arrived a couple of days later.Products very good and price very good. Very impressed with this company.

Jan 30,2024These came in the post individually wrapped however one was broken in Transit so I got in touch with the company via email and they are sending a new one with no need to return the damaged item. I would definitely recommend this product, the jars are beautiful a.d the customer service has been brilliant I can't praise them enough. Thank you so much

Jan 30,2024I have ordered a lot of stuff before all came quickly. When I received this order 1 of the items was damaged, I sent an email & pictures over, a bit later I got an apology & a replacement sent out. Customer service is brilliant. Love this site Would definitely recommend

Jan 27,2024Although the boxes categorized the product as fragile, it wasn't written on the outer bag, so one of the two items arrived damaged. On contacting the company, I was immediately offered an apology and a replacement. The item was one of a pair of ceramic spoon rests, which had been very reasonably priced. The customer care was therefore even more impressive. I didn't even have to return the damaged item.

I had problems with staining on my new slate placemats.The customer service advisor,Angeline,responded very promptly to my email.The complaint was resolved when replacement goods were dispatched,within 3 working days.I also received an apology from the customer service team. It is very heartening to know there are Companies who care enough about their customer being satisfied with the products they sell.

Jan 25,2024I ordered 6 mugs and when I received them I noticed that one of the mugs had a smudge on the pattern. I emailed Rinkit and I had a quick and friendly response. I was told a new mug would be in the post to me within the next day or 2, at no extra cost. Lovely and helpful customer service team! Thank you.

Jan 24,2024Second time buying with Rinkit. They have a lovely selection of items, loved browsing their crockeries and homeware. First purchase everything arrived in one piece, loved the glass tumblers! Second time 2 items had tiny chips in it but as soon as I contacted the customer service, I got a response ASAP and replacement items sent out immediately! What a lovely customer service experience! Thank you Lauren! I’m definitely going to keep coming to Rinkit for any of my future homewares shopping! The prices are unbeatable too!

Like the previous review, this time I had some damaged goods and emailed to explain my plight (yesterday, a Sunday). They replied promptly and have already organised a replacement - I call that great customer care and service!

Feb 02,2024I ordered 24 LAV 12x Clear 345ml Bodega Whisky Glasses from Rinkit via Amazon. Two were broken when they arrived. However Rinkit sent two replacements quickly. The glasses are attractive, and so far have not become cloudy when washed in the dishwasher. I am very pleased with them.
