Evangeline was so helpful and arranged to have a replacement sent out straight away. Excellent customer service with a first class attitude. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again.

Jan 14,2024What a fantastic company. Great from start to finish. Purchased a bread bin Sunday 7th Jan and it was delivered 9th January (very quick delivery). Unfortunately it had a small imperfection and after sending an email and picture regarding the problem, I had a reply almost straight away. They were sending out another bread bin and did not want the first one returned. It’s a shame that other companies don’t have this kind of customer care. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to order from this Company again. Thank you Rinkit.

Jan 14,2024I ordered some drinking glasses from Rinkit. I ordered them to be sent to an incorrect address. My fault entirely. By the time I realised this - the same day - they had been sent out - which says a lot of positive things about their speed of delivery. Rinkit - Jenya specifically - contacted Evri and she arranged for them to be returned and sent on to me. Meanwhile the glasses are brilliant in every sense, good value, service was brilliant and I am delighted. I shall certainly use Rinkit in future, when I can.

Jan 12,2024Received wonderful marble place setting and coasters for Christmas.Unfortunately a slight crack on the corner resulted in it breaking off. Contacted Rinkit by e-mail, replied immediately, requested order no. and photo which I duly sent. Next e-mail saying replacement was on its way, no charge did not want the damaged one back. Brilliant product, will enjoy using for many years. Will definately use them again. Larger companies take note, its the after sales service that makes you use the company again.

One cup had a broken handle, so I emailed Rinket directly who have immediately dispatched a replacement cup! Great customer service and lovely cups/saucers. I bought them for my in laws and they love the pattern/style! I would definitely order again! Thanks Rinkit ☺️

To my delight they arranged a replacement free of charge and no need to return the other items! Fantastic customer service and beautiful glass wear! 10/10
