Dec 09,2023Placed an order for 6 marble placements through Debenhams, however sold by Rinkit, 5/6 arrived damaged to the point of being totally unusable, Debenhams were absolutely useless so contacted Rinkit directly, within 5 hours of my initial email they had DISPATCHED 5 replacements with their compliments free of charge all before Debenhams almost non existent customer service replied to my initial message, delivered the next day too! Customer service is outstanding, the new placemats directly from Rinkit were in perfect condition, very understanding and trustworthy company! 5/5 will certainly be ordering again, definitely worthy of being called my new go too online shop for homeware!

Dec 08,2023My first order from them. Arrived in a day but two items broken. I emailed them and received a reply within the hour and a replacement the next day. Unfortunately one item was incorrect so another email sent and another replacement the next day. What made this all so painless was the apologies, not asking for returns and being told to keep the wrong item or donate to charity. First class service - how rare is that these days? Would definately recommend. Now going to see what else they do - oh, what i ordered was exactly as expected and i am very pleased with it.

Dec 08,2023I ordered photo frame which unfortunately Hermes decided to throw over my back gate. I contacted customer service with pictures of the frames and they said they would replace them ASAP, that was only today so will update! 29/12/23…replacements arrived all in one piece in plenty of time, so thanks Rinkit 👍🏼

Dec 07,2023I received an order from Rinkit very quickly and exactly when advised delivery. Unfortunately there was a breakage, although most of the order was great and just as I wanted. After a brief e mail to them, they quickly agreed to a replacement of the damaged item within 3 days. Very good service through thank you .

Dec 07,2023I have placed several orders for storage jars with Rinkit over the past few months. The items are lovely and very reasonably priced which is why I keep ordering more. But equally the company is a pleasure to deal with, and it's clear that customer service is a top priority. My most recent order arrived with one of the jars having been broken during transit. They had been carefully wrapped with protective wrapping, fragile stickers all over the box, but sadly the delivery company must have been heavy handed. I emailed Rinkit to let them know. Within 15 minutes, I'd had an email of apology (even though it wasn't their fault), along with a further email confirming a new replacement order that was dispatched that day and arrived with me the following morning on a next-day service. Sub-standard customer service is common when ordering via the internet, so what a refreshing change to deal with a company that gets it right.

Dec 07,2023Superbly efficient and courteous customer service with very fast email response by return. Issues sorted immediately and replacement items arriving the very next day. Our order was for 20 sets of 6 cups/saucers for our Church & Community Hall. A few were defective and I sent photos and a request for help by email to theitr customer support. Replacements were sent and arrived the next day. Mathilde and Evangeline at customer support were brillliant.

Dec 06,2023I ordered a set of glasses from Rinkit a week ago. When delivered one of the glasses was broken (it can happen any delivery!). When I emailed customer service, there was an immediate response. Asked what the details were, and what exactly was damaged. A replacement was sent out and received within the week. And the emails in response were kind and prompt. Thank you soo much for the excellent service. Also, the glasses are lovely and excellent price.👌

Dec 05,2023I found the glass jars i was looking for at a very good price. Although good quality and very well packed, one was broken ( 1 of 14). Usually, when you have problems like this, you expect a long and stressful process until you get a refund/ replacement. Wasn't the case with Rinkit. I was very happy to receive an answer to my email in less than 2 hours and just 2 days later the courier brought me another jar. Apart from the very fast delivery, very impressed by the efficiency of the customer service! Definitely one of my favourite online store from now on ♡

Dec 04,2023I placed an order for two boxes of tableware. They arrived as one order. I wasn't happy with the quality so wanted to return. The customer service at Rinkit is disgusting. Absolutely no help whatsoever. I arranged a return via Evri which cost £5.99 only to be informed that each box was going to cost £5.99. Unbelievable as it was one order. On asking Rinkit for help I was sent a very generic and dismissive response. Diabolical. AVOID this sham of a company
