Mar 12,2024Lovely products, unfortunately some items arrived damaged. I emailed at 8pm to let them know, within 10mins I had a reply to ensure I would receive a replacement asap. I can't believe I got a response so quickly and at that time of night. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Mar 11,2024I ordered a box of glass coffee cups with Rinkit. When it arrived, one of the glasses was broken. I emailed Rinkit immediately and described which glass was broken as they come in different colours. I received a prompt reply from Rinkit and was assured that a replacement was being sent to me. I was so surprised to received the complete set again instead of just the one glass. Thank you Rinkit. Really happy.

Recently an order went missing I contacted Rinkit had an almost instant email back and another order was swiftly dispatched. Their communication was extremely good. Mar 08,2024When things go perfectly, most of us rarely write reviews. But sometimes things may not go as smoothly as we would like. It is how a company responds and reacts that show that they treat the customer as important. For me, part of an order was missed. But on messaging Rinkit at 8:04am (they start at 9am), they had replied by 9:19am with both an apology and a solution. The day I messaged them was the day the missing parts of the order were dispatched. Thank you Lauren for excellent customer service. Dave D

Mar 06,2024Poor experience. Ordered wine and Prosecco glasses for a party and was sent incorrect items. No response to my email requesting the correct items be sent ahead of the party, and had to buy alternate glasses at short notice. I sent a chaser email and rang the helpline. I was told they hadn’t received the original email but had got the latest one, despite the fact I had just hit reply all on the original email and it was in the chain. I was offered a refund on the incorrect items but told I had to drop them off myself. No apology for the error or inconvenience. Focus was on the fact they had never recieved the original email, which even if it was true was irrelevant as the delivery was incorrect in the first place. Definitely would not use them again.

I spoke to a girl named Laura and she was more than happy to send out a replacement and answer any questions that I had got the replacement two days afterwards and it was in perfect condition this company goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy with the overall purchase I highly highly recommend this company to anyone. Feb 28,2024I feel that a good judge of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. An issue occurred recently with a delivery from this company, which they themselves were not responsible for. When I called to discuss the issue, my call was answered very quickly by an extremely helpful lady who immediately took steps to rectify the issue. The matter was put right the following day. I am so impressed. I have no hesitation in recommending Rinkit and look forward to shopping with them again

Mar 13,2024I have a small crafting business and I buy all my frames from Rinkit - they are by far better quality than those from other leading companies! A bonus for me is when you order they are delivered quickly and we live in the far north of the UK. I had to return an order once as I had ordered the wrong size : It was no bother - they showed me how to return and made it hassle free . I also had a product delivered slightly damaged through no fault of them and it was replaced straight away . Customer service is sincerely first class !
