Mar 23,2024Absolutely awful I had ordered a 12ft tarp and did not come so I Contacted them directly instead of cleary pay to give them a chance to reply as to why the delay with the order with in the aloted time slot has not came week later no reply from them so Regrettably I had no Other option to contact cleary pay this has affected me and has put me off shopping with this company as it had great reviews so iam very disappointed and will not shop with them again and will be telling freinds and family

Mar 19,2024Advised Rinkit of a damaged table yesterday by phone. I was asked to send a photo of the damage, the replacement arrived at about 2:30 today. That’s service. Above and beyond!! They must have dispatched it immediately.

However, on emailing customer services the reply was swift, friendly, and a replacement was dispatched very swiftly, arriving safely the next working day! Very impressed - would recommend both with quality of items received for price, and also for their outstanding customer service!

I had a problem with my last order and this was sorted out by Laura within a couple of hours after emailing Rinkit. Their customer service is second to none. I would not hesitate using Rinkit. I have been very happy with my shipping experience.

There is NO good reason why they are hanging onto our money but for every day they hold it, we shall be writing a review. This will give potential buyers a real time warning of what they do.

Quick shipping, quick and kind response for my questions by email, products are good. They have a lot of products what I was looking for (DIY stuff, kitchen thing etc..), then I can’t stop exploring in the shop. This is bit problem for me!

As one item was damaged in transport I contacted the company who responded straight away and sent out a replacement immediately.
