Nov 05,2024I ordered slate pizza platters for a Christmas present. They are lovely and they were a great price. The order arrived within 24 hrs of ordering with free delivery. Unfortunately one was damaged in transit and Rinkit have very quickly said they will replace it. I am very happy with the value and the service of this company and will use it again.

Nov 02,2024I ordered from Rinkit for the first time last week, a mixture of items in preparation for a party. They arrived the next day and unfortunately some of the glasses were broken (my only advice to them would be to mark boxes containing glasses as fragile as it looked like it had been bashed about in transit) I sent an email which was quickly responded to (thank you Evangaline) and received replacement glasses 2 days later with no quibble. Would highly recommend!

I reported it to Rinkit who immediately apologised ( though I guess that it may have been the shipper, EVRI, that broke it) and put a replacement which arrived next day. Very professional and a company I will certainly buy from again.

Not only did they respond promptly outside of office hours (credit to Ben), but the resolution they provided was seamless and extremely helpful. It's rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like this. I'm thrilled to have discovered this gem of a store, packed with wonderful items to order. Oct 29,2024I ordered two raised beds for my allotment on Saturday evening. I took delivery of them before 2pm today Monday. Fantastic quick delivery service. The raised beds took me less than an hour to build. All fixings provided including a screwdriver. Very good quality and I’m sure they will be robust enough to accommodate many years of growing vegetables. I will be ordering more in near future.

Unfortunately the item was lost by the Carrier and Evangeline sorted the problem very quickly and arranged to resend the order. Oct 28,2024Ordered two glass chopping boards for my new kitchen at 7.30pm, arrived next day around noon. Unfortunately, both items had shattered in the packaging. However, after a quick email to advise of the problem, Rinkit customer service sent replacements out immediately without me having to arrange a return. Received next working day and I am very pleased with the items. Very good quality and great price . Best customer service from an online company I have experienced and will definately recommend.

Oct 27,2024What an excellent company! I purchased 4 dinner plates with 4 matching bowls, I placed the order at 5:00pm and received my items the next day. One of the bowls had a small chip on the corner, so I emailed Rinkit and within an hour I received a response from Ben replacing my item to which I received the next day. The items I bought were half of the price than Wayfair retails them at. I will definitely be purchasing from Rinkit again!

Nov 08,2024Well.. this might be my new favorite company! I was looking for storage jars for my new kitchen , wanted something simple yet not just like any other storage. I found those glass jars with leather handle and they are about perfect and in every imaginable size. And really attractively priced! I ordered the whole box of them and unfortunately one arrived damaged. It took Mathilde 5 mins to respond to my email, immediately offered a replacement and minutes later I had a tracking number. I couldn’t have asked for any better product and better customer service! In fact I am going to go and browse now to see what else I can buy!!!
