Oct 25,2024This site is such good value, it made me pretty dubious about buying from here. However, I have now made three orders over the last year, all have been brilliant, from basic wine glasses to some great stone wear mugs. Also, the delivery is very fast, my last order came in less than 24hours.

Oct 24,2024I have had several orders which have all arrived the next day. My latest order did not arrive on the designated day and the DPD tracking did not help me to work out where it was so I contacted customer service. I received a reply and an apology within an hour (even though it was not their fault) and was offered either a refund or resending of the order. I am so impressed with the customer service from this company which is a breath of fresh air in comparison to other companies I have dealt with. Please do not hesitate to order from them.

Oct 23,2024I ordered laundry and washing tablet canisters from Rinkit. It was a fast delivery, only a few days after I placed the order, which was great. However, one of the canisters was severely damaged, looked like it had been squashed by something heavy, the delivery box was ripped and bashed up. I contacted Rinkit the same day and sent photos of the damaged item. They were very apologetic, bearing in mind this was the couriers fault through lack of care!! Rinkit said there was no need to return the damaged items and they would replace them if I wanted. I agreed for replacements and they have arrived today! Literally the next day. This is excellent customer service. Thank you to Evangeline and the team. I would recommend this company 👌

Oct 17,2024I ordered some glassware from Rinkit last Monday. It was delivered the next day, but one glass was broken. When I contacted the company to request a replacement, they replied immediately and a new glass was delivered the next day. I'm impressed not only with the quality of the products but the excellent service I've received.

Oct 16,2024Rinkit are an actual gem! I ordered quite a few items from the shop and most of them were glass. I was really nervous but the Rinkit team sent it out next day. Unfortunately, DPD tossed the package onto my doorstep despite the parcels being marked FRAGILE. How I managed to only escape with 3 broken items I’ll never know. But Rinkit were fantastic. They were responsive, apologetic (even though this was not their fault) and actually the products were well packaged but went out of their way to send me a spare. The email communication was lovely and it’s nice to deal with a caring company that have fantastic products. Extra thank you to Evangeline! I’m already rushing to make my next order with this team.

Oct 16,2024Bought a set of dinner plates, bowls and cups - some of the most pretty crockery ive seen. Had abit of a mishap with the delivery where a couple of pieces arrived repeatedly broken (twice). However, the Rinkit team were on it quick as a flash sending out replacements the same or next day. If it werent for this mishap i wouldve given them the full 5 stars they deserve. It would be amiss of me not to suggest they dont take another look at their packaging. However, Excellent customer service experience overall. If only the world over could be a little more like Rinkit.

Oct 15,2024Have used them a few times. Great products at good prices. My last order 3 of the 6 plates I’d ordered had got chipped in transit. Emailed rinkit and got an email back immediately and within 5 minutes replacement plates were sent out. Excellent service.

Oct 14,2024Wow Sat having a pint on Sunday lunchtime as you do and my manager said we need some new glasses for the bar. Ok I found Rinkit online. Sourced what I wanted , placed the order at a very competitive price and a low delivery charge and to my surprise Monday morning around 11.00 am they arrived. Quality product for the price and super fast delivery. Can’t recommend them enough.
