Dec 11,2024Brilliant for customer service. My order was incomplete and all 3 plates - I had ordered 6 - were broken. I emailed and the reply was extremely quick with a new order sent out and arrived a couple of days later, unfortunately though, only the 3 plates not the 6 I had ordered. Emailed again and instant response to say really sorry and 3 more plates were on there way. Wasn't in a rush but even with the 3 separate deliveries they were all within a week. I am very happy with the 6 plates that I have. However, none of my parcels had anything on them to state that they were fragile.

Dec 11,2024Glasses order arrived promptly and the quality is decent. Unfortunately one of the glasses arrived smashed. I emailed a photo and had a reply immediately saying they would send a replacement. Fortunately I didn't need the glasses immediately so this solution is fine for me. Impressed by the service

Dec 11,2024On the basis that when something goes wrong it's a company's chance to impress customers, Rinkit lost marks for having broken glasses in the pack I received but gained 5 stars for their prompt response and no-hassle resolution. Two days later the intact replacements were safely delivered.

Dec 10,2024I cannot believe the level of contempt this company has for its customers. Upon scrolling through the Black Friday 'offers' this year, I noticed that the full price of many items appeared to be very high, raising my suspicions that the company was artificially inflating its pre-sale prices in order to make its sale prices appear highly discounted. My suspicions were correct - all the pre-sale prices have now miraculously vanished and the regular prices of many goods are the same as the Black Friday prices, which were supposed to be up to 75% off. For example, the 115ml Klasik Turkish tea set was advertised as being reduced from £19.99 to £5.99 during the Black Friday event, yet the regular price is £5.99. This is the case for prices across the whole website. Is this not illegal? It's a disgrace and I certainly won't be shopping with Rinkit any more.

Dec 09,2024I ordered a set of 6 mugs which arrived quickly and well packaged. I checked them thoroughly a couple of days after and noticed that one had a chip on the base. When I contacted them with a photo of the damage they immediately replied and are sending out a .replacement without my having the hassle of sending them back. The service could not have been more prompt and helpful.

Messaged Rinkit and Mathilde replied straight away with an offer of a full replacement. Fabulous customer services. Will order again. Thankyou.

Dec 05,2024I ordered round lacquer trays although 2 of them came chipped I emailed the company they responded very fast there customer service was excellent, they shipped out replacements straight away I have received all my items and I am very pleased. I definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

I'm really pleased with the products, fantastic value, and great customer service to rectify the problem. I'll definitely order from them again.

Dec 04,2024I received the order I placed with Rinkit, upon arrival the packaging looked like it had been thrown about. This filled me with dread as to what I would find inside. Firstly everything I ordered was there however the 6 slate placemats were damaged. I e-mailed sales at Rinkit along with photographs expecting to have to wait for a reply. I received an immediate reply along with a resolution whereby the broken items are to be replaced. It despite the damaged goods been an absolute pleasure dealing with this company and I will not hesitate to place further orders.
