Dec 01,2024The best customer service I have ever experienced as an online shopper. 2 out of my 6 chrystal glasses arrived speedily however were ever so slightly chipped at the best so I contacted Rinkit who very kindly replaced them instantly with out ant quibbles. Will defo shop with them again.

Nov 28,2024I originally gave a one star review because my order didn't turn up. Unfortunately lost in transit by courier. Rinkit did resend the order and arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. I'm now telling everybody how good this company is!

Nov 28,2024Superb company. Have bought household goods from Rinkit before. Amazing quality, bargain prices and exceptional service. Dpd delivered a parcel that looked like it had been bounced around the van so some glasses were smashed. I emailed Rinkit and within an hour I had a response and confirmation of a replacement product. Thank you!

Nov 27,2024I ordered some beer glasses and 2 were broken, I contacted the company and had a reply immediately to say they would send a replacement and to keep the unbroken ones. I have ordered a lot of glasses etc from this company and have had excellent service and their prices are really good. Would definitely recommend them

Nov 27,2024I ordered some new glass ware & dinner plates, when the courier arrived I looked at the box and it looked battered…I went to pick it up and all of the contents were smashed. I got him to take it back and return to sender, I emailed rinkit straightaway. The following morning I got an email saying my delivery was in the morning, I thought great at least they’ve sortedthe order out quickly, when I opened the door there’s another box still battered with the contents all smashed again…it’s a shame I can’t use this company as there was lots of nice items but if they can’t arrive in 1 piece then it’s just no good. It’s left me with a glass filled garden path to sweep too as I have pets and don’t want the smashed glass in their feet.

Nov 27,2024Huge range of glasses of good quality. We ordered some ages ago and love the design. Sadly we are clumsy so have broken a few and were pleased to see they still have them in stock! Ordered these and some different ones as they have so many nice glasses. They arrived really quickly but sadly were not particularly well packed which meant two of the glasses were totally smashed. Contacted customer services who responded very quickly and arranged delivery of replacements which arrived the next day.

Nov 27,2024Rinkit is a great company. I bought lots of kitchen storage jars of various sizes from them and have been very pleased with them. The delivery was fast and efficient. items were all well packed and communication on delivery was good. One jar recently failed and Rinkit customer services were quick to respond and get a replacement sent out.

Nov 26,2024I recently placed an order for six cups and saucers. Unfortunately three cups were broken. I would say poorly wrapped and a large flimsy box.An area for concern which needs urgent attention. I was not surprised they were damaged.l reported by email with pictures and the response was fast and efficient. Replacements arrived the following day . Excellent customer service. I will certainly buy from you again.

Nov 26,2024Bought a large amount of mugs. Delivery came the next day and despite one mug being broken. Rinkit replied to our email straight away and offered to replace with an apology. Second time I have purchased from them and their service has been brilliant!

I did have just 1 item that that was faulty ,after emailing they were very prompt and sent replacement. I will definitely be ordering again , and customer service is excellent.

Nov 24,2024Very happy with the turnaround times and customer care. I order sole cups and they were dispatched within hours. Upon receipt, the cups were damaged (due to negligence by the delivery company). After notifying Rinkit of the problem, a new shipment was arranged in minutes, free of charge.

Nov 23,2024We ordered some glasses, they were great but sadly, one out of the 18 was broken. Within an hour of me emailing the helpline, they agreed to send a replacement to arrive in the next 3-5 days. I was very impressed with the efficiency and look forward to receiving the replacement.

One of the glass Jars was damaged in transit so emailed and had a speedy response from Mathilde in customer service who was excellent and sent out a replacement which again arrived 3 days later. So not only are the products brilliant value and the delivery speedy but the customer service was also excellent! Will definitely be using Rinkit again!
