Oct 04,2024I ordered wine and water glasses on Monday 30th Sept, they arrived the very next day. However one box was not as ordered and had some broken glasses so I contacted customer service that day. I had a reply early next morning to say a replacement box would be on its way. By Thursday I had my replacement box of glasses! Fantastic customer service! I thoroughly recommend this company.

Also their customer service team has been very kind in reshipping an order to me when some products had been damaged in the post. Really appreciate the high level of customer service!

Today I received a parcel and the pottery I received was marked , I contacted customer service and they got back to me very promptly and are replacing the items that were marked. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Sep 30,2024This is a superb company! We have been using Rinkit for a couple of years with no problems but our last order had a breakage. First off we ordered a consignment of slate coasters and various other larger slate items on Sunday afternoon. We had an Oder confirmation within minutes and confirmation of despatch within an hour or so. We were hopeful of delivery by Tuesday. The consignment arrived at 0@:10 the following morning. Brilliant service! Sadly one item arrived broken. I photographed it and followed Rinkit’s returns instructions and emailed them. Within 2 hours they responded positively and are despatching a replacement item. I cannot fault them!
