Sep 25,2024Received our placemats yesterday, unfortunately 1 was damaged in transit. Contacted Rinkit and they are sending out a replacement, no quibble or anything. Very pleased with not only the products received, but the excellent customer service. We shall certainly be using them again in the future. I'm impressed 😁

Sep 25,2024Great company! Both my orders arrived the next day! There was an issue with one of the orders and I emailed the company. The next morning I had received a response to say they were replacing the item at no extra cost and with no need to return the item. I've shopped with Rinkit a lot and it's the first time I've had a problem with an order but definitely impressed how quickly it was resolved, so will most definitely keep on purchasing items from them

Sep 24,2024Rinkit were amazing and super fast service . The glass in the item arrived broken, though the package was intact. I emailed when it arrived on the Friday and by Monday a no quibble replacement had arrived with extra cushioning in the package. I am highly impressed with my first experience of this company.

Sep 23,2024I ordered 2 x glass worktop protectors. The first delivery, the item packaging & contents were damaged. The company sent a replacement immediately but it was unfortunately lost by Evri. A 3rd was sent by Rinkit which arrived safely. Excellent customer service from Rinkit. Would highly recommend them from my experience

Sep 20,2024Bloody useless. I ordered a bamboo weaning set from Debenhams online and apparently it was coming from this company Rinkit Ltd. Well the suction pad for plate was not in the parcel. I made contact with customer service at Debenhams online and they told me they would contact “seller” ie Rinkit Ltd to get a replacement. Two weeks later a package arrives but not what I asked for but instead another stupid bamboo beaker liner ???. Incompetent or just bloody useless . I won’t order anything again from this company or Debenhams online.

I received a lovely email within 5 minutes saying another one will be in the post and with me in a few days. Fantastic service and communication. *EDITED TO ADD* My new teapot arrived in less than 24 hours after I contacted them. Excellent service. Thank you.

Sep 16,2024This company is exceptional. Fast delivery, cheap but quality. I am very impressed and will using again. There was a small issue with one product in transit (which wasn’t their fault) but it was sorted within half a day over email. Cannot fault them at all. Brilliant!

Sep 15,2024Hi I bought a pair of table dispensers one for olive oil and one for vinegar one had inky fingerprints on it so I contacted customer services. The response was amazing straight away an apology for everything not being as it should be and a promise to send a replacement without delay. I was told to expect it to arrive in about 5 to 7 days. Brilliant customer service. The very next day I received the replacement I was amazed this is the best customer service I’ve ever had from any company.
