Dec 29,2024Bought an advent calendar for my daughter and also received one as a gift - different design. Not worth the money. Aesthetically pleasing, but filled with what look like samples you can get for free at their stores. More hand creams than anything else. I did get 4 small candles. There was a fabric softener enhancer, sample size, which was very nice and just chuffed it wasn’t a hand cream! The body bar was the size of a Lindt chocolate. I lost it down the plug hole in the shower, I know beauty advent calendar’s are traditionally not worth what you pay for them, but thought this would be better. At the end of the day, the winners are rituals as they sold an expensive dream hiding behind 24 cardboard doors, and we fell for it. Channeling Forrest Gump’s mother - life is like an overpriced advent calendar ………. We will not buy again next year.

Dec 29,2024Ik moest iets retourneren. In de oorspronkelijke bestelling zat een gift voor mij. Deze was los van de bestemming!!!! Tot mijn verbazing moest ik mijn gift ook terugsturen. Klantenservice gecontacteerd en einde van het liedje...gift moest ook mee terug Niet erg netjes en klantvriendelijk. Helaas geen Rituals meer mij!

Dec 28,2024Teueres Zeug für Damenwelt ist mit Verletzungsgefahr im Verkauf in der EU. Wie kann das sein, dass man eine Creme ohne Gewalteinwirkung und Spezialhandschuhe nicht auf- oder zumachen kann? Schande für die Marke, schade um das Geld. Schämen sollte sich Rituals!!!!!!

Dec 28,2024Voor kerst een bus douchegel gekregen. Toen ik hem de eerste keer wilde gebruiken liep hij zonder te drukken in een keer leeg. In de winkel gaf men aan dat ze niets voor me konden betekenen. Jammer dat deze winkel alleen maar denkt aan verkopen en verder niets wil doen als er iets niet goed is.

Dec 28,2024Habe das Karmaset zu Weihnachten bekommen. Packe die Artikel aus und das Scrubs ist nur zur Hälfte gefüllt. Schon etwas lausig, bei den Preisen. Sonst mag ich den Karma Duft. Ausser dem Öldusch hab ich aber noch kein anderes von Karma benutzt. Ich habe das kleine Set von Hamam gekauft. Bei den Packungen sieht man halt den Inhalt nicht. Sonst zufrieden, richt auch gut und intensiv.

Dec 28,2024Dit is een review wat betreft de Rituals in Apeldoorn: voor de kerst heb ik van iemand een XL giftpakket gekregen ter waarde van 49.90 helaas gebruik ik dat niet maar wel de andere producten van Rituals dus wilde het omruilen voor iets anders Ik heb natuurlijk de bon niet want heb het cadeau gekregen de verkoopster die ik aan de telefoon krijg Demi heet ze was totaal niet toeschikkelijk .Toen ik zei dat het bij een ander filiaal waar ik het ook wel eens bij de de hand heb gehad wél kon , zei ze : dan ga je maar naar een andere winkel hier kan het niet Doei! ik vind het echt heel belachelijk het betreft slechte service want dit cadeau is nog gewoon helemaal nieuw zit zelfs nog in het tasje en nog kan ik het niet omruilen voor iets anders Er werd ook nog bij gezegd dan geef je het toch een iemand anders. Echt erg slechte service.

Dec 27,2024Website really awful to use. Often doesnt load and the returns page doesn't accept the correct order number unless remove the letters. Returns use Evri but do not provide print in shop and requires a printer. Customer service reps on the phone are useless. Won't be shopping here again.

Dec 27,2024Vrouwelijke filiaal manager van Rituals in Enschede is enorm asociaal, brutaal en ze heeft behoorlijk gebrek aan empathie. Rituals aftershave fles in mijn hand geknapt en ze begrijpt niet hoe heftig dit is geweest. Rituals is alleen uit op geld van de consument en niet op after sales service!!

Dec 27,2024Ich habe früher sehr viel und oft bei rituals eingekauft. Habe mir jetzt aber eine Alternative gesucht ,da die Produkte unverschämt teuer geworden sind. Für mich kommt das nicht mehr infrage.

Dec 27,2024Both orders were shipped out same day and delivered the next even when it was just before Christmas. Great products they smell divine and my mum loved them, easy to pay via the app. Great packaging too especially the gift sets.

Dec 26,2024Habe zu Weihnachten die limitierte Edition "Alchemy" geschenkt bekommen. Dieser Duft ist magisch. Ich fühle mich glamourös umhüllt.Eigentlich gibt es nicht passenden Worte für diese Serie. Glücklicherweise habe ich auch noch die Face Mask bekommen. Schon nach der ersten Anwendung sieht sich meine Haut glatt und strahlend aus. Begeisterung pur. Vielen Dank und weiterhin schöne erfolgreiche Editionen.

Dec 26,2024Er staat op de website van Rituals dat je elke maand een ander cadeau ontvangt als lid bij je aankoop. Leuk! Al meerdere malen zo wat gekregen (geprobeerd en daarna normaal gekocht) echter twee grote aankopen gedaan afgelopen maand en helemaal niets. Ik Rituals gemaild of dat wel correct was want krijg normaal altijd wat. Was vanwege alle promoties rond Cyber Monday etc, dat was vorige maand al en er zijn verder geen lopende acties bij hun deze maand. Kortom zeer misleidend dus. Verder geef je een hoop geld uit en een set kan geeneens worden ingepakt voor je. Ik houd van hun producten en zie dat altijd als een cadeautje voor mezelf maar ga wat anders zoeken want ze waarderen je als member sowieso al niet. Member zijn betekend dus weinig voor ze …

Dec 25,2024I tried to place an order their website and everytime when I wrote my address, that says we cannot deliver to your address. I tried multiple times and even my parents address and friend and everytime same. I contacted them via whatsapp, and the answer was just to try some other address. Like what?! I had already tried a dozen times. Then I ask for advice in one of the groups on Facebook and someone there advise that the orders here only work via the app and not at all on the website. Customer service has a lot to improve and they could have even told me about the entire application because I have never ordered from them online before.

Dec 29,2024UPDATE: 17/1/25 After my messages were ignored for several days I received many what appears to be auto generated replies. I requested that these stop and I then received another message just saying no receipt tough luck. The company have the worst customer service I have ever come across and I would happily give no stars if it were an option. Loyalty means nothing to this company. I wouldn’t recommend them UPDATE: The saga continues…. Customer service are useless. Had a WhatsApp message from someone called Sophia. She asked for my email and the sent an email saying basically ask the gifter for the receipt so I can exchange. I explained I did not wish to ask for the receipt and that both on the back of the gift I received and also online it does not stipulate that a receipt is mandatory. I also sent a screenshot. They are no longer responding to emails or WhatsApp messages. I have lost all faith in this company. I regularly buy from the store at West Midlands designer outlet (weekly) I recently received a gift set that was not my chosen fragrance so went into store to get an exchange for the same set but different fragrance. I would add the set was intact and sealed. I was treated most unprofessionally. told that an exchange without receipt wasn’t possible and should ask the gifter for the receipt. Then said we don’t have the set in store now. I was more than happy to upgrade to a larger set and pay the difference but couldn’t do that either. The staff made me feel very uncomfortable with one assistant saying well it can’t be done you’re a customer! Whatever that meant!! I replied you’re right I am a customer. Normally stores are lenient at Christmas regarding exchanges but Rituals are apparently not. Will I shop there again?? Possibly not, the discounts are minimal so maybe better to shop online. If they’d checked my account they would see how often I visit and spend. Get your act together Rituals. Looking at other reviews they’re not great are they!! A very disgruntled customer. I will also contact Rituals directly to see what they have to say but not holding my breath.
