Ich habe bisher nur für Freundinnen Geschenke gekauft. Jetzt habe ich mich bei einer Werbeaktion dazu verführen lassen ein Kundenkonte zu eröffnen. Leider ist die in einer E-Mail angekündigte Kerze nie bei mir angekommen. Der Kundenservice, scheint die eigenen Aktionen nucht zu kennen und war deshalb nicht hilfreich. Kundenkonto löschen lassen. Ich hätte mich für Kerzen und Raumdüfte interessiert. Werde aber jetzt aus Prinzip nichts mehr bei Rituals kaufen.

Ik bestel vaker bij hun en gaat altijd goed. Echter stond er nu een verkeerd afleveradres wat ik pas zag nadat de bestelling was geplaatst. Binnen een minuut heb ik hun gebeld maar nee, een adres aanpassen kunnen ze niet. Bestelling annuleren en opnieuw plaatsen kan ook niet. Echt geen service naar de klant toe.
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Outlet Store einkaufen, trotz Bestätigung der Email von mir, kein Willkommensgeschenk. Ich sollte mir die App runterladen, vielleicht wäre da das Geschenk dann zu sehen. Die braucht man sich aber nicht runterzuladen, da grottenschlechte Bewertungen. Wir werden dort nicht mehr einkaufen.
Rituals Amsterdam is telefonisch niet bereikbaar! Ik wilde een afspraak maken voor een Spa behandeling, maar elke keer wordt de verbinding verbroken. Online kun je een afspraak maken, en dan wordt je doorgeleid naar de app van Treatwell. Je reservering moet je meteen betalen, maar kun je niet met een cadeaukaart afrekenen! Wat heb ik hier nou aan?
Je me suis présentée ce jour à la boutique de carre senart à 14 h 15 car j'avais reçu un mail pour un cadeau pour mon anniversaire et à ma grande surprise la caissière m'a dit qu'il fallait pour avoir son cadeau acheter un produit d'abord. Est-ce un cadeau s'il faut acheter ? Franchement honteux.
Sono cliente Rituals da un bell po e i miei ordini sono molto frequenti. Ma credo di cambiare gradualmente l'idea. Ho acquistato il sapone liquido Rituals of Mehr. Dopo aver avuto un esperienza positiva circa i prodotti skin care ho deciso di estendere alle mani. Non l'avrei mai fatto. Normalmente uso un sapone tipo idratante ( liquido). O nutriente.. Ma non uso crema per le mani non avendone bisogno. Purtroppo dopo aver iniziato ad usare il sapone Ritual of Mehr liquido gradualmente le mani sono diventate cosi secche, palmi inclusso, che, per sbloccare il cellulare devo ogni volta inumidire il polpastrello! per non parlarne della pele che sembra carta... Sconsiglio l'uso di questol tipo di sapone liquido in quanto agressivo sulla pele. Un altro prodotto delludente - olio da doccia sempre Ritual of Mehr. Agiunto sulla spugna da bagno.... quasi non fa schiuma. E ho agiunto parecchio! Usavo la Schiuma da doccia prima ma, visto che è molto poca e finisce in un attimo, per non parlarne del fatto che non è molto ecologico usare un prodotto sotto pressione che non ha possibilità di ricarica come i prodotti non sotto pressione, quindi a posto della schiuma ho preso l'olio da doccia. Sconsigliato: prodotto non adempiente al ruolo.
Kocht Oudt Refill Fragrance van bijna 100€, voor kerst. Pure oplichterij. Is een verdunde versie van origineel. Ruikt helemaal niet. Rituals, doe zo verder. Mij zien jullie nooit meer.
Marque qui va péricliter Au début original et atypique m avait charmé…pendant un temps … Se focalise trop sur le marketing et l’ouverture des points de vente ..et laisse tomber la qualité produits et le SAV Produits arrivés cassés à la maison avec gaz HSX3 ! Service client inexistant n a pas donné suite … Acheté également le diffuseur de parfum hors de prix et dysfonctionnel ! dommage mais un mal pour un bien . J arrête les frais

I'm really sorry about the product..it is very costly and there is no refilling bottle as well ..ok I can buy but just give one with the product so I can use it and see if it's working or not... sorry next time I will never buy products like that... zero product quality control test by costumes because I can't activate that product... thanks for next time not buying from... rituals cosmetics...
On the 17th December I visited their High Street Kensington store and purchased a couple of bottles of the Cotton Blossom diffuser, which is part of their Private Collection, at a total cost of £87.50. I went into the store not really knowing what I wanted because I have had problems in the past when I have purchased diffusers elsewhere, and they never seem to last longer than a couple of days. I was ushered towards this particular collection because apparently it is their premium product and I was assured that it would meet my needs. It smelt really lovely when I was in the store so decided to buy the larger bottle which lasts approximately 6 months (that was my first mistake, because I should have purchased the smaller bottle), as I am now stuck with a product that is not fit for purpose. This has got to be the worst diffuser that I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing, because from day one when I got home, there has been absolutely no scent whatsoever! which should not have been the case, because they are placed in small areas within my home. At least with others that I have purchased elsewhere, you do get some sort of scent for a day or two! As I was passing the store on the 31st December, I decided to pop in to voice my concerns, because I thought that maybe I was doing something wrong. I spoke to one of the assistants who was very apologetic, and was trying her best to help me. She suggested that I speak to her manager whom at the time was in the middle of helping another customer. She approached me once she had finished with the other customer, only to be met with a manager, who had absolutely no customer service skill, as she had an unfortunate patronising manner, and quite frankly could do with some form of training because she just did not have a clue as to how to handle the situation, I would go as far as to say that her assistant was more of a manager than she was, which is really embarrassing for her! She did not even look at me, as she was still too busy playing with the baby in a pram belonging to the previous customer, (How rude)! What probably could have been easily resolved, turned into a bit of a conflict, as by this stage I did not want to deal with this woman, so instead I chose to walk away and do an online review about my experience. I definitely will not be going back to that store, in fact I will not be buying anything else from Ritual, because I feel that I was conned into spending £87.50, which is a lot of money, on a rubbish item with no scent, even water has more of a scent than this product! I am so angry about this, that I am seriously thinking of contacting Trading Standards!
I visited the Dundee store for a few items. I had experienced some problems previously with the hand wash (pump action foam) where the pump was sticking when you pushed it down. It had to be returned manually. I mentioned this in the shop and was informed that there had been some issues but all was now well. So I tried it again, and yes it’s stuck again. I tried to reach out to Rituals via messenger and WhatsApp but had no replies. Surely this cannot just be happening to me? Why did the store tell me the problem had been fixed just to get a sale? If you are listening Rituals I have a video I can send you.

I am writing to formally express my outrage regarding an incident that occurred at your Ritual SilverBurn branch today around 7:00 PM. I visited your store with my two children, and what transpired was both unacceptable and distressing. While my older daughter was admiring your products, my younger daughter sat quietly on the floor making a video on her iPad. I briefly stepped next door, instructing my children to stay put. Within moments, my younger daughter approached me in tears, clearly upset. Upon inquiry, they informed me that they had been reprimanded for making a video. My older daughter relayed to me that a staff member, Alana, treated them rudely, telling her to reprimand her sister for simply recording herself. When I confronted Alana, her response was dismissively curt, insisting that store policy prohibits any video recording, even for personal use. This stance was unfortunately echoed by the manager, Hannah, which was equally disheartening. I am appalled by the level of disrespect shown to my children. No member of your staff should approach minors in this manner when a parent is not present. Alana's demeanor suggested she was already in a foul mood upon my arrival—there was no greeting and an unsettling focus on my children that made me question her professionalism. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and hope that you will instill measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. Regrettably, I cannot see myself returning to your store after this experience.
Tentative de commande, échecs avec ma carte bancaire, je tente une autre carte bancaire, échec. Du coup, je tente de payer avec carte cadeau illicado, ma commande passe bien à zéro car payée avec carte cadeau, mais quand je clique sur valider la commande, erreur... Sauf que ma carte cadeau est vide désormais... débitée et pas de commande rituals. Update 31/12 : mes cartes bancaires ont été aussi débitées. Allo service client qui voit bien les débits mais pas de commande. Je dois patienter au moins 24h avant de rappeler pour demander le remboursement... Au final, site non compatible firefox mozilla dernière version (133.0.3)... Commande passée sans soucis depuis edge. Plus qu'à espérer un remboursement total des débits cartes et carte cadeau. A suivre. Edit 05/01 : remboursements faient. Service client plutôt réactif.
Had a gift for my birthday, package was unopened and intact, good as new, i tried to replace with another Item and not after a refund but shop in Kingston, would not accept without a receipt, which I could not obtain, due to item being a gift. Furthermore, staff at Kingston, were rude and un helpful, requesting I should contact via email address. When asked for the address, they did not know and asked for me to check myself!
Da ich mich vor Weihnachten längere Zeit im Ausland befunden habe, habe ich ein Weihnachtsgeschenk (Deo-Stift für unseren Sohn) bereits am 11.11.24 vor Ort in einem Shop gekauft. Leider habe ich von zwei verfügbaren Düften genau den "falschen" erworben und wollte das Deo nach Weihnachten (28.12.24) im Shop gegen den anderen Duft umtauschen. Hier musste ich dann erfahren, dass sich Rituals - auch nach Weihnachten (!!) - ganz strikt an die 30-Tage-Rückgabefrist hält und mir einen Umtausch verweigert hat. Meine Bewertung zum Kundenservice lautet dementsprechend: Rituals ist in keiner Weise kulant und damit extrem UNKOOPERATIV! ENTTÄUSCHENDER KUNDENSERVICE! Ich werde dieses Unternehmen in Zukunft meiden!
I recently bought Gratitude & Love Refillable Fragrance Sticks Sets. I paid £134.82 and expected something really nice & subtle. These fragrances are so strong and unpleasant that make me feel dizzy. I asked for a return & full refund.
