I have spent so much money on rituals home fragrance in the green cardamom fragrance. I have the genie, diffusers, room spray and car fragrance. I was hoping for bath and shower products in same fragrance. Now they just stop making and discontinue their best fragrance. What a terrible decision as it's the most unique and luxury fragrance across their entire range. Bizarre. Customer lost.

Wszystko z zamówieniem ze strony Ritualsa poszło nie tak. Pobrane zostały pieniądze z konta, po czym strona wyświetliła komunikat "błąd w zamówieniu" i tak też pozostało, nie otrzymałam żadnego mejla z potwierdzeniem odbioru zamówienia, mimo że kwota z konta została pobrana. Zadzwoniłam na infolinię, poinformowano mnie że na wygenerowanie potwierdzenia zamówienia potrzeba około doby (co nie zgadza się z regulaminem przedstawionym na stronie, który mówi o godzinie oczekiwania na potwierdzenie na mejlu; poza tym jeśli dobre zajmuje wygenerowanie otrzymania zamówienia, to ile czasu zajmuje w takim razie przesyłka?). Po dwudziestu czterech godzinach kolejna, inna pani konsultantka na słuchawce poprosiła, by dać im jeszcze chwilę na wygenerowanie mejla, podkreślam na wygenerowanie mejla potwierdzającego odbiór zamówienia, potwierdzającego, że pieniądze nie poszły nie wiadomo dokąd, że dokonałam jakiegokolwiek zamówienia na stronie (!).Zatelefonowałam ponownie po prawie że dwóch dniach oczekiwania na mejla, co z tym zamówieniem, okazało się, że w grę wchodzi zwrot kosztów. I okej, pieniądze zostały zwrócone prawie natychmiastowo, ale pierwszy raz spotykam się z sytuacją że przez dwa dni nie wiadomo, czy zamówienie zostanie zrealizowane czy nie i jest problem by wysłać takowego mejla!! ( A pieniądze z konta przecież pobrano).Mało tego, żadna konsultantka nie była w stanie powiedzieć, kiedy zaakceptują zamówienie i czy w ogóle zaakceptują je. Na koniec zaoferowano zniżkę na kolejne zakupy. Nie rozumiem jednak, jaki był problem, by zrealizować to zamówienie? Nie do pomyślenia

Mijn moeder en ik waren in de Rituals in Den Haag. In de winkel stond in het midden een stand met alle auto geuren accessoires. Op deze stand stond een voorbeeld cadeaubox met de spullen erin en het totaal bedrag stond op een bordje ernaast geschreven. Het totaal was 53,70. Ik kwam vervolgens mij de kassa en het was ineens 57,70. De reden was dat het om een andere geur en daardoor duurder. Dit stond echter helemaal nergens aangegeven ook niet op het handgeschreven kaartje met de prijs erop. Hier stond alleen cadeau auto set. Er werd niks mee gedaan. Wel zeiden ze allemaal “ohja klopt niet inderdaad” maar ik moest wel het volle bedrag betalen of m’n spullen omruilen. Hele slechte service. Het gaat niet om de 4 euro maar om wat ze er daarna mee doen… teleurgesteld want dit soort service niet gewend van de Rituals.

Altid gode oplevelser når jeg bestiller varer fra Rituals. Jeg havde i nov bestilt en pakke der ikk dukkede op som den skulle. Det viste sig de havde sendt en pakke uden indhold til bring. Jeg fik straks sendt nye varer afsted og fik samtidig en rabatkode på 20%. De svarede super hurtigt på min Messenger besked ang den manglede pakke, og bestilte med det samme nye varer. Den nye pakke kom efter halvandet døgn. GOD service👍

Online order - WARNING!!! do not USE! Website says delivery 1-4 days. Placed an order at 02:30am Friday. Thats 1 day of 4. Its now 4 days, and no delivery. AN Post who is their chosen delivery partner has not received the items. So now they are saying "unexpected volume can lead to delays" -- no! this should have been clarified from the start of the order process - allowing the customer to decide if a delay is ok or not. They reply after 1 hour on whattsapp. Saying the same story as before. They havent EVEN SENT IT OUT! 4 days to process something? -It gets better! they cannot stop or delay the order as its processed. So as the customer, i need to resolve their issue. Purchasing from them has proven to be useless - unless you purchase "in store". Do not bother with online orders. Misleading advertising. Do NOT purchase from them. If this is how they do business, i can assure you, they have shady products too. Spend your money elsewhere. Never trusting that company again.

Super goede ervaring met de klantenservice. Ik had het verkeerde huisnummer ingevoerd en geen pakket ontvangen, in overleg kreeg ik een nieuwe. Complimenten!

Pour ma part je suis assez content du service reçu dans les boutiques que j’ai eu l’occasion de faire mes achats. Je suis un grand consommateur de crème, mousse pour de bain et surtout un grand consommateur du déo anti transpirant stick et je suis très surpris à chaque fois que j’arrive à la fin du tube il reste encore +\- 3 à 4% qui reste dans la base du support! J’en utilise en général 1déo par mois x12 le consommateur en perd presque qu’un tube par ans..

I got the delux advent calendar this year and have to say compared to previous one I've had in the past this was definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed Will not be buying another in the future

Ich habe eine Beszellung online bei Rituals aufgegeben. Es gab ein Problem beim Checkout. Dadurch wurde die Bestellung zwei Mal ausgelöst. Ich habe sofort bei Rituals Kundendienst angerufen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit eine Bestellung zu stornieren. Paket zurückschicken und innerhalb von 14 Tagen Geld zurück. Kundenorientierung geht anders.

Super fijn, professioneel, aardig, behulpzaam geholpen in filiaal Amsterdam Oostpoort. Ook later bij terugbrengen in de stad een goede ervaring.

Do not buy anything for this company. You order your product and find out a few days later that the product isn't in stock. But your order isn't processed so they can't refund you and cant tell you when you will be refunded. But you'll have to wait 5 working days to get refund when they can refund you. Totally unprofessional and Iliana was very unprofessional and rude

Sav inexistant qui ne répond que par un tissu de mensonges et est incapable de donner une explication claire lorsque vous leur reprochez que leurs CGV ne sont pas a jour. Ils fuient leurs responsabilités.

I appreciate this isn't completely down to Rituals, however I placed an order which was delivered through Yodel and as expected the parcel has been lost. I have fed this back to Yodel but feel some of the blame should be with Rituals for using Yodel due to their awful reputation.

A branch opened up nearby my home recently and I’m elated. The product range is so classy and elevated. Strong lasting scents in all products with such a variety for different people and really not badly priced for something that feels so expensive! Love it. The wash basin with sample products and actual hand towels to dry your hands makes such a difference in your visit as well!

Bestilte litt julegaver samt adventkalendere fra nettsiden, først fikk jeg mail om at det hadde skjedd en feil og at jeg må bestille på nytt. Jeg ble trukket dobbelt fra kontoen, som de etterhvert ryddet opp i. Det som skjedde etterpå var at jeg bestilte Premium adventskalender og så ikke før den kom i posten at det var kalenderen fra 2023. Det var jo delvis min feil for å ikke ha sett at det stod "2023", men det merket jeg ikke pga. det ble bestilt fort, prisen var cirka det den skulle være og den ser rimelig lik ut som årets kalender. Aldri hadde det falt meg inn at de selger en gammel kalender fra 2023, i tillegg til dette så var det skade på noen produkter. Jeg sendte mail til kundeservice og sa hvor skuffet jeg var for dette og ville mest ha svar på følgende: Hvorfor selger de kalender fra 2023 og ikke minst hvorfor koster den MER enn årets kalender, føler meg rundlurt og skuffet. mailene med bilder av skade på produkter samt mine henvendelser for å få svar på mine spørsmål er blitt helt ignorert. Aldri kommer jeg og kjæresten til å kjøpe noe mer fra denne dritt butikken.

Beställt o swishat 907 kr inte fått orderbekräftelse dessutom stod det fel person på mitt konto. Detta påtalade jag i somras fått presentkortkort som inte funkat online. Det fick jag nu också men de har inte löst problemet. Det skulle vara julklappar till mina barn så det känns jättejobbigt att det ska krångla. Kommer aldrig att beställa här mera

Boutique de Rosny 2 à fuir. Belle boutique mais les conseillères ne sont pas à l'image de celle-ci. Mal renseignée, il n'est même pas possible d'enregistrer mon compte fidélité correctement malgré mon numéro de carte, la conseillère n'a pas pris peine de rentrer les numéros manuellement je n'ai pas bénéficier de mon cadeau et j'ai abandonné je suis partie , j'ai pris juste ce que j'avais besoin mais la prochaine fois j'achèterai en ligne au moins c'est clair et précis et pas de mauvaise surprise. J'attend toujours mon ticket de caisse qui à du être envoyé sur un autre compte client ! Super

Rituals Greenwashing When I wanted to top up the existing bottle ( from same product I used from their brand!) with new shower gel, they said I need to buy new bottle first and then can refill. But this bottle is ugly metal and I like those I already have. So I think it’s green-washing, not real zero waste concept (I don't remember exact date so put some)

Honestly - I’ve always thought the hype is not worth the price but the last few weeks have really changed my mind. I’ve bought the serum and the oil in the store in de Pijp and I’m super happy with it . The salesman there had a calm and friendly energy and was super helpful . The girl who worked there didn’t really help looking for the product I searched but since her colleague was so nice it didn’t influence my experience too much . Only downside is the size of the facial cream … it looks big but the product doesn’t last long . I got a few weeks later an advent calendar . In total im also happy with it but one product it contained was already open and used . After contacting the costumer service it was resolved really quick and I got compensation for it . This is why despite the critical points I experienced ill leave a good review .

Honestly such crap customer service. Their delivery partner “couldn’t” deliver to my address despite having the right details and having successfully delivered to me with no issues on many occasions. Their WhatsApp was slow, unresponsive and basically they didn’t care at all. I had to end up cancelling the order and losing out on loads of black Friday deals. They genuinely could not have been less bothered
