Mar 03,2025Always been very happy and used since 2013 Just had an upsetting experience twice where I don’t notice the plastic cover on the joint of the lamb. Had to bin it twice as i found it floating in the stew after three hours of cooking. The meat was so beautiful. A real pity

Riverford supply helpful tips for storage and prep of your fruit and veg, even offering a lovely cookbook with our last order. All fruit and veg has arrived on perfect condition and has lasted for a good amount of time - perfect as we order every 2/3 weeks due to our working pattern. We are wasting less and enjoying our food more.

Mar 02,2025I love how flexible the service is, you can easily change your box, pause for a few week or change your delivery frequency. You can choose zero packaging and British only. The weekly card with hints on cooking the veg has been really helpful, as are all the recipes and emails. The veg is delicious too! I have been enjoying trying new recipes and eating more veg I wouldn’t buy as often.

Feb 28,2025Excellent customer service, vegetables fresh and tasty haven't bought the fruit yet. The tofu is lovely if you like it and the yoghurt. I haven't been with them for that long but overall I'm very pleased, delivery excellent and I thoroughly recommend Riverford.

Guy's newsletter that is delivered with the boxes which also includes tips on cooking & storing the fruit & veg, & recipes. Re-using the boxes, compostability of bags, information on the growers who have such passion to provide us with these organic fruits & vegetables for our health & wellbeing. An easy to navigate App to order the food & the option to change the order up to 24 hrs before FREE delivery. I am aware that organic food may be more expensive, for me the enjoyment I have received from the Riverford produce & never wasting anything due to its taste & freshness balances the cost. It is so refreshing to find a company that has the customer & the planet solely at its heart. Its a blessing that there are people out there that have the tenacity & passion to provide humanity with the highest quality produce in the hope that humanity wakes up to following Riverford's ethos both for the health of humanity & the future of the planet.
