Jan 07,2025First of all I find the fruit & vegetables to be top quality. The customer service is also good. I got a reply soon after messaging. My only cimplaint is the lack of variety, as so far I have recieved the same things in both boxes. Hopefully this will change soon, I look forward to some surprises!

Jan 07,2025I’ve been ordering my fruit veg and meat for approx a month, I have not been disappointed with any of the produce, the veg is outstanding, so fresh looking and tasty, I’m able to prep and freeze, the taste does not alter, my Niece and I had fillet steak for Xmas, it was delicious. The fruit is so juicy and makes beautiful smoothies. My one regret is not ordering sooner.

Veg are fresh & excellent quality: particular favourites Organic: Conference Pears, Calabresse Broccoli, Tenderstem Broccoli, Purple Sprouting Broccoli, Courgettes & Carrots. Jan 06,2025I really appreciate firstly the fact they are organic and do not use glyphosate or synthetic Bovaer, and use farming methods that benefits the land and the vegetables fruit and the animals. That gives great piece of mind and I thank Almighty Creator God for them and pray He protect & bless Mr.Sing his family, all their workers their farms,and food that they grow. They do not inject their animals with hormones nor their fruit and vegetables with anything either. They do not add nitrates to their meat like bacon. Their organic fruit, vegetables, meat, milk, cheeses, butter, yogurts, herbs, fungi are all incredibly delicious and full of flavour too. I like the fact I can order each week what I pick choose and make my own box and am not forced to stick to their pre-made boxes. Sometimes sadly things get sold out. But then come back in. I also deeply appreciate & love the fact they deliver as I don't have a car and profoundly appreciate being able to get organic high quality food delivered to my doorstep. Their range is wide and seasonal. And often offer refreshing surprising items which is delightful and keeps things interesting especially if you are a creative cook. Also very helpful kind polite patient staff over the phone in case of questions or requests any problems etc. It's also great how Riverford are supporting African communities with their farms too and in turn can also support such worthwhile projects people and families.

Jan 04,2025High quality products. Always fresh. Different types of cheese that you won't find in supermarkets, only at Riverford. Good quality of meat. Then you boil meat for soup - you have rich, fatty broth (bouillon).....like in my childhood

Jan 03,2025I am loving my boxes each fortnight. Having been unwell with various ailments since August I had got out of practice cooking different meals. I now look through my cookbooks to see what I can make, and have also used the recipe cards which are in the box. The cookbook received this time is great. I have also found that the veg seems to last much longer from that bought in the supermarket. Would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I find the produce particularly delicious and it's satisfying to know it's more nutritious and better for the planet, as well as supporting a fairer ethical system for farmers. The service is great and makes everything easy, and it's fun to have a more seasonal approach to eating, which creates opportunities to learn new recipes and be creative with what's in season.

Jan 07,2025Great service. Super friendly delivery driver and fabulous organic meat, vegetables, and fruit. So good to see dirty potatoes and carrots etc, just how they used to always be when I was a girl. Yes, it's more expensive of course but there's no comparison in the taste. Meat is succulent, pork chops have the bone in and the whole chicken has also got the chicken liver attached. I guess I'm lucky because I only have myself to look after now, but with all the pesticides and chemicals used today, it's definitely the way to go - if you can afford to spend the extra. To be honest, with the change in my diet and also delivery of organic milk, I can certainly feel the difference in my tummy.
