Every time I have called I have had a very pleasant experience. I am so happy that I chose the Rockwell Legal Group. I haven't had one problem in the past two years that hasn't' been settled promptly. Also, everyone has been very kind in the way they speak to me. Thank you, I am very grateful for all the work you do for me!

I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he did an excellent job. first - he answered my call quicker than it has ever been answered. He was professional, courteous and kind. He provided all the information he had and next steps for me. thanks

To date, I have paid RLG $6,355 over a two year period, and you have only paid one of my creditors, totaling $1,600. You have pocketed almost $5,000, while I have endured wage garnishments and continued harassment from creditors not getting paid. Your customer service operators try to help, but they have absolutely no ability to modify or change my program or accounts. All they can do is leave messages for negotiators and supervisors that never email or call. Rockwell Legal Group is the absolute worst financial decision I ever made. Please have someone who can actually effect change on my account call me at the number you have on file at ***-***-7752. Leave a voicemail with a direct return contact number, as I work and may not be able to answer my phone.

Never a problem. Reps are very courteous and very helpful in answering all questions and coming to a helpful conclusion.

I will admit I was pretty suspect when I first started working with Rockwell. However, their customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. Kevisha and Andrew have been direct life lines to getting my accounts settled. They both deserve recognition. I could not be happier with Rockwell Legal Group, and definitely recommend their services.

I signed up for their debt relief program in August of 2018. So far, things have been ok. There is absolutely no communication from Rockwell unless you call them. I have dealt with that though and call them frequently. However, in January of 2020, I received a call from one of my debtors stating that they had reached out to Rockwell multiple times and could not get in touch with them. I called Rockwell with a direct number and asked them to please get in touch with them. I was assured that they would. In March of 2020, I received a summons stating that the debtor was now suing me. I immediately contacted Rockwell on March 26th to get them all of the documentation as I only had 20 days to respond to the summons. I followed up with them multiple times to ensure they recieved it and they stated they had. On April 7th, I called them again to see what I needed to do in regards to the lawsuit. They stated they were still working on getting someone assigned to my case. I called them again on April 9th and they said they did not have any documentation and I would need to resubmit to their "escalations department". I did, and called them back on April 13th. They stated they were still waiting on the documentation which would take 3-5 business days. Then it would take an additional 5-7 business days to find an attorney in my area to assign to my case. The deadline for me to reply is April 15th and they will have no one assigned to my case. I am in good standing with them and have not missed a single payment. However, they have jerked me around on this deal and they can not give me anyone else to talk to and have told me that I will just have to handle the court appearance on my own as they won't have anyone assigned to my case yet. I am absolutely infuriated with the process and the lack of compassion they have shown with my program. I would not recommend using this company ever. Absolutely poorly ran with incompetent people behind the wheel.

Did not resolve issue. Was told to resend email that was sent on March 31 and April 2 in which I did not get auto response that it was received. I resent again after got off the phone today and still have not gotten response that it has been received.

They take your money but don’t work for you. They don’t respond to emails to protect themselves, they don’t call when they say they will, they send generic pre-set responses when you submit documents. It takes 5 days to upload progress to your account. They offered no help in a legal case for an account that was in their care 19 months prior to it going to litigation. The account was in good standing when it was given to them and they squandered it! Didn’t negotiate it, didn’t communicate with the creditor and when the creditor sued me, their response was that it will take longer for them to address it than the courts gave me to file a response. Negotiate directly with your creditors. Signing up with this company is a guessing game. Except it’s designed so you’ll never win.

Rockwell is a scam and had to fill my very first Better Business Bureau complaint because of them. They lie, they don't communicate and make agreements without discussing anything with you. Their phone reps give you the same routine each time you call; "We're very sorry- we're reaching out to your negotiator right now. We can't reach them, but someone will reach out to you shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience." No one reaches out, you call back, and the cycle repeats itself. I am now submitting my SECOND BBB complaint in 6 mos because of their negligence. The whole point of Rockwell was to reduce my debt, not increase it. They are criminals.

U can do it on your own Rockwell SUCKS I did it and got a lot BETTER THAN ROCKWELL they play off of you being scared do it on your own

I have been so frustrated with this process. I have been getting the runaround for the last three months about one of my three accounts. One is negotiated, the 2nd is pending but between the lawyer they hired and litigation, there is no communication and no direction for me. The cost so far of the two negotiated accounts is much more than what was estimated and I will most likely be paying more than if I just worked with the cards myself. I was sold on this program at the beginning with what essentially was untruths. If they can't service us the way they promise, then they need to stop taking on new clients and focus on taking care of the current clients.

I was hung up and never helped. I was never rude and I was patient. She asked to put me on hold to talk to her supervisor. I guess she couldn’t figure out how to help me and instead just hung up. Extremely terrible business and would not recommend them. Btw the question was asking where is my money going to bc absolutely no credit cards had any arrangements with them. Find another business and attorney group who will listen and not just take your money and hang up

Signed up with Rockwell and got taken hook line and sinker on dry land. Had 7 accounts to settle over 36 payments. After 18 payments they had collected all their fees and settled 1 account. The rest were on the way to garnish my pay check. Dropped the program and filed chapter 7. Asked for a refund of a percentage of my fees since they settled just 1 account. It states in the contract they would refund any fees when a settlement is not reached. I got nothing back. The best moments with Rockwell happen when you ask to speak to the person in charge. You will never find one available. I did a few days later get a voice mail with a New Jersey area code and called back. I got a google mailbox with no greeting. That was the speak to a supervisor outcome. All total Rockwell ripped me off about 7 thousand. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Find a local attorney and file chapter 7 or 13 if you qualify. ROCKWELL IS A HUGE RIPOFF. My only avenue in the end was to pass all my dealings and history with Rockwell on to a few ethical attorneys in a legal watch dog consumer advocate organization and hope they can maybe some day speak to a Rockwell supervisor who is actually in Arizona and get 80% of 7 grand back. 1 final thing, those positive reviews you see come from Rockwell themselves. THIS COMPANY IS JUST A DEN OF THIEVES WHO ARE THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL IN THE LEGAL COMMINITY.

The team at Rockwell does a thorough job negotiating with creditors on your behalf. I am thankful that I trusted the program from the start, even though I hoped for more dedicated communications over the phone, and it paid off. I haven't had a lot of time to handle this situation and they have been instrumental in my financial success.

The customer service rep, Kevin, was extremely helpful. Not only did he resolve my issue but he ret'd to the line several times so I would know I wasn't forgotten. That was a total plus!
