Awful. Simply awful. I wish I could give negative stars or a black hole if possible for this is how this communicates!
Every time I call and speak to a representative, they are very nice and try their best to satisfy my questions and concerns. However, they rely on other departments. ie negotiation dept they seem to respond at a very slow pace with getting issues resolved. My account shows 3 settled accounts, but I have paid in lump sums of 5 more, and they still have not updated the portal. So I should have 8 accounts showing debt settled. Please update portal so customers can feel empowered to see that their money is working in a positive aspect.

Think hard about signing up to their program. They take most of your up front payment for their fees and the letters they write to your companies if done do not stop the creditors from calling. Starting in June of 2018 I paid over $2536.00 in the next 7 months and they couldn't even pay off the one $700.00 charge card! Told me my payments were still going to their fees and service. In February of 2019 I was forced to take out a high interest sub prime mortgage to pay off all of those accounts. Did not receive a refund and had to fight their Ram company months to stop trying to withdraw the monthly funds! Had to pay money at my bank to cover the stop payment costs. They are not the best company to help people settle their debts.
Gentlemen that assisted me was very nice and went above what I had originally called for.
Customer service is lacking of responding with timely matter. Management team stall answers that address concern that’s can take up weekly. All promises of returning calls was never happened.

Once again I was told that a negotiator would call me back. This is an issue I have been trying to deal with since January. No one has called me back in approximately 10 attempts.
I'm sorry, I don't have any positive things to say about Rockwell. Just that I have been getting the run around for the last 3 months. I am very disappointed in your service.
My honest opinion is that I get the worst customer service. Long wait times. No negotiation of my account. Hence the reason I am shutting down my relationship with Rockwell. Poor customer service!!!!!
I spend most of my Days Peacefully going about my Business, unlike a few years ago, which were Stress Filled Daytime Night Mares. Thank you for being on my side. Last year I went through a few Hellish days because someone decided to Sue Me, I got through it OK. Well it happened again this year, only difference is I'm Prepared to let you guys handle it. I have been trying for 7 months to settle my account. After 2-1/2 years in the program, I began requesting final payoff amount in November 2019. After 2 months waiting, I was given the final payoff amount which I paid in January. Now after almost 7 months and over 20 phone calls later, there is no resolution on 2 of my 4 debts. Each person has stated they will call me back and I have never received 1 phone call...not once. Each time I am forced to call to get an update only to get the run around. I've never seen a company with such poor follow up. Beyond frustrated. $22,000 paid in ($2,000 more than originally told), 7 months of trying to settle and over 20 phone calls and I'm no further than I was last November.
The legal team at Rockwell represented me in court the other day while I was doing my caregiving job. Thanks for being a Godsend.
So I have had my account about 2 Years. I was told that Rockwell would take care of the accounts that I had given them. For the 1st year or so things went smooth, We started getting court papers in the mail (these were all forwarded to Rockwell) I was required to go to court 3 Times to things worked out (Rockwell had said from the beginning they would take care of things and I had nothing to worry about) Well I soon found out different ! I have also had to take extra out of my pocket to take care of some of the charge offs, some how $500 a month wasn't enough. I was told I could pay extra and pay my accounts off sooner, so I got some extra money and asked for a pay off amount ? This was asked for on May 8th it is now coming up on 20 days and I still do not have a pay off amount ! So I am NOT pleased with your service at all !
