Jan 15,2025When you book a car from 7.40am till 8.30am you maybe get taxi for 9am or even 10am. Because they give priority for the kids who go to school. Even if you book 1-3 days ago. And they didn't write that they do that. And when you call they just say „yeah yeah“. They need inform in all them apps that they give priority for kids and your taxi going late (30 or 1 hour) if you book from 7.40 till 8.30. AVOID THIS.!

Jan 04,2025Arrived at our hotel and was able to pick up a phone with a direct line to the cab firm and book a cab to take us to the theatre that evening. Once at the theatre I was able to call the firm and book a cab for the return journey and instantly received a text to confirm the booking. Both cabs arrived spot on the time booked. The whole process was completely stress free and allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our evening. Well done Royal Cars that was really good service.

Jan 02,2025Just rang to book a taxi for tomorrow. Usually pay £6 with £1 tip. Told it is now between £10 and £12. I know prices go up but if £12 that is a 100% increase. Cancelled the booking. On the plus side the drivers are helpful and friendly.
