Wow! RugPal was great to order from! I submitted an email to them after hours with a question about how their return policy works and I heard back within an hour even though they were already closed! The answer was succinct and very helpful. We then ordered our rug feeling confident that they will handle everything well. Received an email a day after my order announcing that the rug had shipped and we should be receiving it much sooner than I expected! Very happy with my shopping experience with them!

This is my second purchase of a rug from RugPal. The first was in 2015 and the rug was shipped within about 1 week of my purchasing it on line, arrived about 1 week later, and was exactly as shown and described on the RugPal website. I received notification today that the rug I purchased on line 4 days ago is being shipped today. If the shipping time is similar to that of last year, I should receive it by next week, (less than 2 weeks from purchase). RugPal's pricing is excellent and of course, free shipping (at least on the rugs I purchased). I recommend this site.

We had never heard of the company before we ordered, and we had some trepidation. The rug was shipped in a short period of time and was received in perfect condition. The rug was expensive, but was much less expensive that we had expected to pay, and it was the perfect color and size for us. I highly recommend RugPal. The selection they offer is great also.

Allison at Rugpal was very helpful when one of the rugs arrived damaged during shipment. She offered either that we could return the rug or a discount and added additional rug pads. We chose the discount.

I found this site to be one of the most expansive displays of rugs in type I was looking for. My only complaint, I kept seeing many of the same rugs on several different pages throughout the same category.

Our purchases were shipped very quickly and arrived in excellent shape. When we unrolled them and were able to inspect them in person(not only by the computer picture ad) we were so elated! They both were better than we ever expected and will be an outstanding part of our home. Our experiences with RugPal were truly exceptional and we would recommend them to anyone searching for home decor!!!

I recently purchased a Southwestern-style wool rug from RugPal. It's perfect for my spare bedroom and goes great with the furniture and wall color. It was exactly as pictured on the website. The rug came tightly wrapped, so was well protected in transit. I was also pleased with the price, which was very reasonable with the special Memorial Day discount. Would purchase from this site again.

We found the website easy to navigate, mark favorites; then create a list to compare and narrow down. There were so many choices, with some that included buyer photographs. We sent a general question via email and received an immediate and helpful response. We would definitely recommend RugPal.

The rug came packaged and set on the porch in a timely manner. I called customer service about possibly returning it and they were very nice. I do wish they would cover return postage but they don't.

My rugs were easy to order. They arrived in perfect condition and on the date promised. Rugs matched the descriptions and are perfect for my new remodel. I have just completed another order. I highly recommend RugPal.
