I placed my order with ease, and within 5 business days my rug delivered and was in perfect condition. I highly recommend this website to anyone in search of a reasonable area rug!

Aug 03,2016I've been looking for a rug for our Master Bedroom for about a month. I was getting frustrated at the lack of information and accuracy of many other online rug vendor sites. But then I came upon RugPal and was pleasantly surprised to find some very affordable rugs with great photos and size options. I took the big leap and ordered one along with a matching runner and am now anxiously awaiting its arrival. Upon checkout, I immediately received a friendly confirmation email and account login information - and later that day, received notification that my order had already shipped!! Super fast service - very impressed so far.

Aug 03,2016I would give 5 stars except I had to inquire about shipping status on both rugs since I didn't get any email notification of shipping status several days after the order was placed. Both rugs arrived separately, but in good time, whereas the shipping notifications arrived 3 days after I had received both rugs. All's well that ends well. Both rugs were delivered timely and I am happy with the packaging and quality. So, a deduction of one star for delayed communications. That said, this was the best price for the rugs and I would recommend Rugpal.

Jul 29,2016I surfed, I hemmed, I hawed, I debated, and in the end I ordered. But then I waited... and waited. It seemed like I waited a long time to get the shipment notification. I'm not overly disappointed, but I am concerned that it will take more than 10 days before I get the purchase. Maybe I'm spoiled by Amazon? Just know that I will order from RugPal in the future, but be aware that it may take some time to get your merchandise.

Jul 22,2016The ordering and shipping was great. One of the products arrived with a wrinkle that has yet to go away. We have emailed on what is the solution and were told to reverse roll up the rug. It's been rolled for two weeks and the wrinkle is still there. We'll see how they fix this...or not

Jul 19,2016I have been searching for this rug locally and no one could get it because of a back order. I was very pleased to find it in stock with rug pal. I was disappointed however that the first coupons I received were for 20% off but by the time I was ready to order the coupons had been changed to 15%. I had the rug in my cart to order but it rejected my order and made it the higher price. At least I got it cheaper than I would have locally so still happy!!!

Aug 19,2016My only issue was that the rug pad was being shipped from another source and didn't ship the same time as the rug. I received the rug amazingly in 3 days which was great but due to a shipping miscommunication between companies had to wait for the arrival of the pad before I could set it up and enjoy!
