Apr 11,2016The site was great, showing every conceivable rug. I found one I love, which was easy to order, and within a few days, I received a notice that it had shipped. I anticipate an arrival this week, and so far I highly recommend the site. I like the fact that I can return it within 21 days too. Made shopping online hassle free.

Apr 09,2016Ordered the rug on Sunday 3/27, it shipped on 4/1, and received it 4/5, 10 days after ordering. I think that turnaround time was very good. It was easy to order and the price was considerably less than any other supplier for the same rug. And the rug is better than pictured, so we're happy and would recommend the site.

Mar 25,2016If you purchase cheap rugs...the chemicals on them are life threatening especially to children and elderly.. Spend the extra and ask the company if those poisoness gases are on your rug you want to order. Gogle it!.....They don't offgas!!!

Mar 15,2016I had measured incorrectly and had to return my 1st rug. Customer Service was quick, responsive, and was very good in following up with me. No problem getting my refund and my new/replacement Outdoor Area Rug arrived sooner than I expected. I had been searching for a "beachy" rug for weeks and finally found the one I had to have at RugPal.

Mar 13,2016I wanted this rug for my lanai and ordered it from another company who three times said it was shipped then refunded my money and cancelled the order only to start the shipping notices over again. I still don't know if I will receive it. With Rugpal, it was simple to order, service was courteous and processing was fast. My rug should be in a few days. Hooray!!

Mar 12,2016I have ordered many rugs from RugPal. The service is fast and the quality is top notch. The natural fiber rugs have a rubber backing that keeps them from slipping. The wool loop artisan runners have been durable and look great. I would highly recommend using RugPal!
