May 21,2016I ordered a rug on Hayneedle a few years back and needed a replacement. Hayneedle didn't have it, but Rugpal did, and it was $20 less than what I originally paid! Ordering was easy, item shipped right on time. So far I am pleased with this website and I will likely come here to shop for rugs again.

May 18,2016I always have bought my Safavieh area rugs from other websites for the past 11 years, I found the RugPal website while shopping for new area rugs just last month. I have already purchased a 9'6 x 13'6, a 8.3 x 11 and a 7'6 x 9'3 area rugs, I am not only very happy that I love my rugs but super happier that I saved a lot more money than if I had bought them on the other websites. I research for the best price before I buy my rugs because prices do vary from all other websites and I do want the best product for the least money.

May 05,2016Purchasing through Rugpal was a very easy process. They also have a huge variety of floor coverings for both inside and out. I reviewed several companies, looking for the right rug for my covered porch and Rugpal is where I found it. Great shopping experience.

The pictures of a carpet I wanted was unclear, and the customer support person (Allison) told me she would check it out in the ware house and get back to me. She was back to me with an answer and pictures within a few minutes. Then, after ordering 4 large carpets, I decided to modify the order to one small carpet so that I could first check out the color before ordering the large carpets. Allison, once again helped me, this time to modify the order. My carpet is being delivered tomorrow. If it is the right color, I will be delighted to purchase the 3 matching carpets. My experience with RugPal has been very positive and I will shop here again.
